A drink filling system including: a bottle molding section; a sterilizing section that sterilizes a molded bottle; a rinsing section that rinses the bottle; a filling section that fills and seals the bottle; and a conveying unit that conveys the bottle from the molding section to the filling section. A chamber covers a portion extending from the sterilizing section to the filling section, an atmosphere shut-off chamber is between a sterilizing section chamber and a rinsing section chamber, an exhaust unit for exhausting the atmosphere shut-off chamber and/or the sterilizing section chamber, a clean air supply unit for flowing a clean air from a filling section chamber into the atmosphere shut-off chamber through the rinsing section chamber or for further flowing the air into the sterilizing section chamber, and the air-flow flowing therein is exhausted by the exhaust unit.

Modular bearing device for at least one pair of gripping arms, and method for assembling same
An apparatus and assembly of a modular bearing device for a pair of gripper arms in a mirror-inverted configuration seated on a support plate for the gripping, holding and guiding of bottle-like containers. The gripper arms are movable from a gripping position into an open position and vice versa by means of a rotatably mounted cam control shaft, each gripper arm having a bearing pin for the pivotal supporting the respective gripping arm and a base plate with a receiving opening running through it for the pivotal supporting of the cam control shaft, wherein the bearing pins are fixed to one side of the base plate, and releasably fastening at least one of the gripper arms on the support plate. With the objective of quick and easy dismantling/assembling, the bearing device is characterized in that the first bearing pin or the second bearing pin is designed as a sleeve for receiving the fastening, the through-hole of which aligns with a receiving opening in the base plate in the axial direction of the sleeve.
Filling element and filling machine
In a container-filling machine, a filling element includes a housing, a sealing tulip, and a bellows. The housing has a housing section and an orifice. The sealing tulip moves relative to the housing section along an axis between a raised and a lowered position. The bellows surrounds the axis. The bellows' two ends connect tightly to the housing and the tulip respectively. As a result, the bellows seals a transition between the tulip and the housing.

In a container-filling machine, a filling element includes a housing, a sealing tulip, and a bellows. The housing has a housing section and an orifice. The sealing tulip moves relative to the housing section along an axis between a raised and a lowered position. The bellows surrounds the axis. Method and device for producing filled containers from preforms
A method for producing filled containers (16) from preforms (13). Each of the preforms is transferred to a circulating molding and filling element (14) of a molding and filling station and is shaped into the respective container in a subsequent molding and filling process in a mold under the effect of pressure from a supplied filler, wherein the mold is designed in multiple parts, including a base mold (21) and mold sides (19, 20), and each container is clamped between the base mold at the bottom and the molding and filling element at the top at least at the end of the molding and filling process. The container is separated from the respective molding and filling element and the respective mold after the molding and filling process. The mold sides are removed from each container before the molding and filling element and the base mold are separated from the container.
Vessel Filling and Capping System
A vessel filling and capping system is described. Embodiments of the vessel filling and capping system can include, but is not limited to, a vessel filling assembly, a vessel capping assembly, and a tray. The vessel filling assembly can be implemented to fill one or more vessels with a fluid and the vessel capping assembly can be implemented to cap the filled one or more vessels. The tray can be implemented to hold the one or more vessels and align the vessels for the vessel filling assembly and the vessel capping assembly.
