System for Simultaneous Filling of Multiple Containers

A fluid distribution system is configured to distribute fluid from a first vessel to second vessels includes a hub assembly and a frame assembly. The hub assembly has an input cap, a distribution cap, a first clamp, and a second clamp. The input cap defines an inlet and the distribution cap is sealingly secured to the input cap with a plenum being defined between the input and distribution caps. The distribution cap includes conduit connectors that each defines an outlet in fluid communication with the plenum. The first clamp is disposed over the distribution cap and is engaged with the input cap to secure the input cap to the distribution cap and the second clamp is disposed over the input cap and engaged with the distribution cap to secure the distribution cap to the input cap. The frame assembly supports the hub assembly and is configured to secure each of the secondary vessels at a predetermined distance relative to the hub assembly.

Bottle neck gripper

A bottle neck gripper includes first and second jaw components, each pivotally mounted for rotation about a respective pivot axis, the first jaw component including a first permanent magnet mounted thereon, the second jaw component including a second permanent magnet mounted thereon. The first permanent magnet and second permanent magnet are positioned to be attracted to each other. An attractive force of the magnets urges grip ends of the first and second jaw components toward each other. The pivot axis of the first jaw component is located between the first permanent magnet and the grip end, and the pivot axis of the second jaw component is located between the second permanent magnet and the grip end.

APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR DISPENSING A LIQUID PRODUCT INTO CONTAINERS

An apparatus for dispensing a liquid product into containers includes a conveyor for conveying a plurality of containers through a filling station; a dispensing unit set in the filling station and including one or more nozzles and a system for pumping the liquid product to said one or more nozzles for dispensing the liquid product into the containers that follow one another in the filling station; a tank including a collection chamber and at least one inlet mouth in communication with the collection chamber, the tank being mobile between a resting position and a working position in which the at least one inlet mouth set in a position underlying the one or more nozzles; and a control unit configured for controlling movement of the tank from the resting position (P1) to the working position, and vice versa.

A method of forming and filling a container. The method includes the steps of placing a preform in fluidic communication with an outlet of an injection device of a forming station and forming a container by expanding the preform during a forming step, wherein a forming liquid is injected into the preform through the outlet to expand the preform into the container. The forming liquid is a cleanable liquid. The method further includes a step of transferring the formed container to a concentrate filling station, separate from the forming station and a step of filling the concentrated liquid in the container already containing the cleanable liquid. The step of filling the concentrated liquid is performed in the concentrate filling station.
