Apparatus and method for filling containers with a filling product
A device for filling a container with a filling product in a beverage filling plant is provided. A transporting device for transporting a container to be filled during the filling process is provided, wherein the transporting device transports the container to be filled along a transporting path, and wherein at least one determining unit for determining the fill level of the filling product in the container is provided, wherein at least one of the determining units can be displaced synchronously with the transporting device at least in a sub-section of the transporting path of the container.

Locking neck gripper
A gripper assembly for gripping a portion of a container may include a spindle configured to rotate about a vertical axis. The assembly may also include an actuating plate disposed on or about the spindle. The actuating plate may be configured to actuate toward a central shaft in response to a force applied to a first cam follower. The assembly may also include a gripper configured to at least one of open and close in response to the actuating plate being actuated toward the central shaft and a locking cam configured to contact the first cam follower and in at least one position to limit movement of the actuating plate toward the central shaft.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL CARRIER PUCK
A carrier puck comprising a body having an interior chamber, into which a receptacle to be held by the carrier puck can be inserted, the carrier puck comprising a deformable element, disposed at least in part within the interior chamber; and the carrier puck comprising a pressurizing mechanism configured and arranged to facilitate fluid-filling and/or pressurization of a region within the interior chamber, and in dependence upon said pressurization, the deformable element is forced to move inwardly of the interior chamber and into contact with a receptacle for securing the receptacle within the interior chamber of the carrier puck. In this way the available space within the interior chamber for accommodating a receptacle can be reduced about the receptacle, thus securing the receptacle, accurately and quickly in its location within the carrier puck.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL CARRIER PUCK
A carrier puck comprising a body having an interior chamber, into which a receptacle to be held by the carrier puck can be inserted, the carrier puck comprising a deformable element, disposed at least in part within the interior chamber; and the carrier puck comprising a pressurizing mechanism configured and arranged to facilitate fluid-filling and/or pressurization of a region within the interior chamber, and in dependence upon said pressurization, the deformable element is forced to move inwardly of the interior chamber and into contact with a receptacle for securing the receptacle within the interior chamber of the carrier puck. In this way the available space within the interior chamber for accommodating a receptacle can be reduced about the receptacle, thus securing the receptacle, accurately and quickly in its location within the carrier puck.

Conveying equipment, adjustment rotation conveyance unit, and conveyance method
A conveying equipment (50) includes a first conveyance line (60) having a first upper rotation conveyance unit (61a) and a first lower rotation conveyance unit (61b) and a second conveyance line (70) having a second upper rotation conveyance unit (71a) and a second lower rotation conveyance unit (71b). In the conveying equipment (50), between the first conveyance line (60) and the second conveyance line (70), an adjustment rotation conveyance unit (80) that rotates while gripping at least one of a flange upper portion (17a) and a flange lower portion (17b) of a bottle (10) is provided. The adjustment rotation conveyance unit (80) has an upper gripping part (81a) that is provided to be openable and closable and grips the flange upper portion (17a), and a lower gripping part (81b) that is provided to be openable and closable and grips the flange lower portion (17b).
METHOD OF FILLING A FLUID HOUSING WITH FLUID
A method of filling at least one fluid housing with fluid is disclosed. The method includes: (a) arranging at least one fluid housing within a sealable vessel containing a fluid and attached to a vacuum; and (b) activating the vacuum such that air is withdrawn from the sealable vessel and the fluid is drawn into the at least one fluid housing.
