Valve assemblies and manually operable handle assemblies for beverage dispensing machines
A beverage dispensing machine includes a valve body configured to receive a first fluid and a second fluid and dispense the first fluid through a first orifice and the second fluid through a second orifice. A first valve seal is movable to open and close the first orifice, and a second valve seal is movable to open and close the second orifice. An arm is pivotally coupled to the valve body, and pivoting of the arm relative to the valve body moves the first valve seal and the second valve seal and thereby opens the first orifice and the second orifice. The machine also includes a solenoid valve configured to pivot the arm, and a handle with a leg that is pivotable into and between a rest position in which the valve seals are closed and an active position in which the valve seals are open. As the handle moves from the rest position to the active position, the leg acts on the solenoid valve such that the arm pivots and the valve seals open.
MULTI-USE BEVERAGE SYSTEM
Described herein is a beverage system that is configured to produce beverages having different characteristics, such as different levels of carbonation including producing substantially non-carbonated beverages and carbonated beverages with a single machine. The beverage system includes a beverage appliance and a beverage container. The beverage container includes a beverage material, which can include a flavoring ingredient for a target beverage. The beverage appliance is used to access the beverage material from the beverage container and produce the target beverage. The beverage appliance and beverage container are adaptable to produce the target beverage having any of a range of carbonation levels or other characteristics.
MULTI-FLAVOR FOOD AND/OR BEVERAGE DISPENSER

Beverage dispenser system with removable pumps
A post-mix beverage dispenser system with removable pumps is disclosed. The system includes a pump enclosure for receiving a plurality of beverage syrup pumps. Each beverage syrup pump may be easily removed from the enclosure and replaced in a tool-less manner. A sensor and control system for the plurality or removable pumps is also disclosed.

BEVERAGE DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING LOW SOLUBILITY INGREDIENTS
The present application provides a beverage dispensing system for dispensing beverages with low solubility ingredients. The beverage dispensing system may include a sweetener flow, a first diluent flow, a low solubility ingredient premixing system for mixing a low solubility ingredient with a second diluent flow to create a mixed flow, and a nozzle to mix the sweetener flow, the first diluent flow, and the mixed flow.

CARBONATION REDUCTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A beverage dispensing valve may include an inlet to receive carbonated water, a nozzle shell, and an outlet downstream of the nozzle shell configured to dispense a finished beverage. The nozzle shell may include an aperture open to ambient pressure environment. A method for dispensing a beverage may include flowing carbonated water through an inlet of a beverage dispensing valve, lowering the pressure of the carbonated water sufficient to promote carbon dioxide nucleation, flowing the carbonated water through a chamber vented to environment such that a portion of carbon dioxide nucleated is off-gassed, and introducing a beverage ingredient when the carbonated water reaches a sufficiently low carbonation level. A beverage dispensing nozzle may include an inlet configured to receive carbonated water from a beverage dispensing valve, a nozzle shell including an aperture open to ambient pressure environment, and an outlet downstream of the nozzle shell configured to dispense a finished beverage.

Dispensing nozzle
Dispensing nozzles and systems for dispensing edible products include a nozzle sleeve and a nozzle insert. The nozzle sleeve defines an open interior and the nozzle insert is positioned within the nozzle sleeve. A base inlet and a flavoring inlet are defined in the nozzle insert. The nozzle sleeve and the nozzle insert are configured to mix a base substance with a flavoring substance.
