An effervescent liquid dispenser includes a dispenser body adapted for connection to a container containing pressurized effervescent liquid to be dispensed from the container, the dispenser including a fluid shaft in a passageway and a valve member, the fluid shaft being arranged along a length of the passageway, the fluid shaft and valve member being adapted to release the pressurized effervescent liquid upon urging of the valve member into an open position. A regulator connected to the dispenser body and in fluid communication with the container and the pressurized effervescent liquid, the regulator and the dispenser body being configured as a unitary assembly permitting selective passage of the pressurized effervescent liquid. A tube connected to the dispenser body and extending into the container, a spout connected to the dispenser body for discharging pressurized effervescent liquid, and the liquid dispenser is permanently affixed to the container and the container is non-refillable.

PRESSURE REGULATING SYSTEM FOR A BEVERAGE CONTAINER AND BEVERAGE CONTAINER PROVIDED THEREWITH

A pressure regulating system for a beverage container system, comprising a first, compartment for containing a pressurized gas, in fluid communication with an outlet space through at least a gas valve for opening and closing a passage between the first compartment and the outlet space, wherein a gas valve control system is provided, comprising a deformable and/or movable wall or wall part of said outlet space, wherein said deformable and/or movable wall part is operably in contact with said gas valve for opening and/or closing said gas valve, wherein a second compartment is provided at a side of the said deformable and/or movable wall part opposite the outlet space, wherein the second compartment is in fluid communication with a third compartment, which third compartment comprises at least one separating wall part and is at least liquid tight.

BEVERAGE DISPENSER AND CONTAINER STOPPER

A beverage dispensing apparatus may include a beverage dispenser and associated stopper. The stopper may be used to replace a cork, cap or other closure of a beverage container, such as a wine bottle. A needle of the beverage dispenser may be inserted through a passageway of the stopper so that pressurized gas can be introduced into the container to force beverage liquid to exit the container via the needle. The stopper may suitably seal the container after dispensing is complete, e.g., to resist exposing the beverage to oxygen.

Method and apparatus for beverage dispensing including container stopper

A system and method for dispensing sparkling and other non-pressurized beverages from a container. Sparkling wine and other beverages may be dispensed using a dispensing system that includes a stopper body that can be engaged with the container at the container opening. The stopper body may be arranged to introduce gas into the container during pouring-type dispensing, as well as re-pressurize and seal the container for storage, e.g., to keep a carbonation level of beverage remaining in the container.

Beverage extractor for sparkling beverages

A system and method for dispensing sparkling and other pressurized beverages from a container. Sparkling wine and other beverages may be dispensed without removing a cork or other closure. One or more needles may be inserted through the closure and sparkling beverage dispensed through the one or more needles. The one or more needles may be inserted at an angle to the vertical or axis of the bottle opening in which the closure is positioned, e.g., to avoid contact with a metal retainer on the closure. Dispensed beverage may be directed to a pressurized reservoir to help maintain or recover carbonation prior to dispensing.

System for regulating pressure within and dispensing from a beverage container

A system for regulating pressure within a beverage container. A high-side cartridge assembly includes a cartridge shell enclosing a high-pressure cavity, a piercing tip to puncture a pressurized-gas container, a high-pressure passage extending through the piercing tip and to the high-pressure cavity, and a piston to intermittently open the high-pressure cavity to a low-pressure cavity external to the high-side cartridge assembly. The low-side cap assembly includes a cap body having a socket configured to receive the high-side cartridge assembly, and no part of the cap body forms a boundary of the high-pressure cavity. Also disclosed is an interface having a housing, a tap assembly, a dip tube, a carry handle, and a receiving section. The housing is configured to couple to a beverage container, and the receiving section is configured to receive a pressure regulator.

Beverage dispenser systems and methods

A beverage dispensing system is provided, including a main body that includes an interior cavity adapted to receive a beverage container, an adaptor module, and a controlled gas system. The adaptor module is configured to provide fluidic coupling from the beverage container to the controlled gas system, such that a beverage may be dispensed through from a tap connected to the adaptor with the aid of positive gas pressure disposed on a beverage surface within the beverage container. The controlled gas system exerts a positive pressure on a surface of the beverage in the beverage container such that when a tap is opened to dispense the beverage, the relative pressure difference between the positive pressure on the surface of the beverage and the ambient pressure causes the beverage to be dispensed from the tap.

Effervescent liquid dispenser

A container is disclosed including an effervescent liquid and an effervescent liquid dispenser including pressurized gas from a pressurized gas source, and a regulator in selective fluid communication with the container and the pressurized gas source. In response to a differential pressure applied to the regulator being less than a first threshold value between a container pressure and an environmental pressure of an environment surrounding the dispenser, pressurized gas from the pressurized gas source is permitted to flow into the regulator chamber and the container until the first threshold value is achieved. In response to the differential pressure applied to the regulator being greater than the first threshold value between the container pressure and the environmental pressure, pressurized gas from the pressurized gas source is prevented from flowing into the regulator chamber and the container and in which the liquid dispenser is permanently affixed to the container.
