A mobile beverage dispenser comprises a wheelable platform having mounted thereon a chillable chamber connected to a refrigerated cooling coil for removing heat from a beverage in a bulk storage container placed therein for cooling; and a beverage dispensing tap connectable to the container in fluid communication with the beverage, and mounted in thermally conductive relationship with the chillable chamber, whereby the chamber when chilled removes heat from the dispenser in preparation for dispensing of the beverage, by virtue of the conductive relationship.

BEVERAGE EXTRACTOR FOR SPARKLING BEVERAGES
20190352163 · 2019-11-21 · ·

A system and method for dispensing sparkling and other pressurized beverages from a container. Sparkling wine and other beverages may be dispensed without removing a cork or other closure. One or more needles may be inserted through the closure and sparkling beverage dispensed through the one or more needles. The one or more needles may be inserted at an angle to the vertical or axis of the bottle opening in which the closure is positioned, e.g., to avoid contact with a metal retainer on the closure. Dispensed beverage may be directed to a pressurized reservoir to help maintain or recover carbonation prior to dispensing.

Beverage server, beverage server kit, and beverage-pouring method

A beverage server for pouring a beverage includes tubular through-screw portion 4, gas supply tube 2, gas supply device 3, gate valve 43, tubular pouring portion 5, and check valve 51. The gate valve is configured to be opened and closed with the pouring portion. The pouring portion has beverage supply hole 53 formed at a lower end portion thereof. Food additive gas supplied from the gas supply device is supplied from the gas supply tube to the through-screw portion and supplied to internal space S through a space between an outer wall of the pouring portion and an inner wall of the through-screw portion. The food additive gas exerts a pressing force that causes the beverage to flow to the inside of the pouring portion through the beverage supply hole, open the check valve, and be poured through an orifice of the pouring portion.

CONTAINER SEALING AND PRESSURIZING SYSTEM AND METHOD
20190315537 · 2019-10-17 ·

Beverages such as beer and soda which contain carbon dioxide or other gases may degrade in quality when subjected to atmospheric pressure, oxygen, and/or light. It may be desirable to store such beverages in containers which prevent exposure to these conditions. An aluminum can is one such container but is associated with the problem of resealing the can after breaking the seal. The described utilities provide for resealing, pressurizing, and/or dispensing from an aluminum can or similar beverage container.

Smart Vessel Containment and Dispensing Unit
20190300358 · 2019-10-03 ·

A smart vessel containment and dispensing unit capable of communication and data sharing across various wireless transmission protocols to linked devices. It has a visual display interface, is capable of cooling, pressurizing and storing the contents of an open growler as well as collecting data about the beverage, data regarding consumption of the beverage, as well as demographic data about the user that is relayed to and interpreted by a data analytical unit that can generate and transmit data to the consumer about beverage related matters. The containment will internally accommodate a beverage growler in an aesthetic transportable, energy efficient envelope that may be stored on a countertop, in a cabinet, or taken on the go. It will provide the consumer with all the information about the contents of the growler as well as their identification and physical parameters.

Beverage preparation machine with a locking means and a coupling element, and beverage preparation system

The invention relates to a beverage preparation machine (1), in particular a dispenser, for preparing a beverage using a cartridge system consisting of a cartridge (10), which has a beverage substance in a reservoir (11), and a cartridge receiving area (14), which is connected to the cartridge (10) and has at least one liquid supply opening (19), a mixing chamber, and a beverage outlet (15), wherein the beverage preparation machine (1) comprises a cartridge mounting (4), in particular a cartridge mounting which has a balcony-like design, the cartridge system can be inserted into the cartridge mounting (4), and the beverage preparation machine (1) comprises a liquid reservoir (3), a liquid thermal conditioning system for thermally conditioning a liquid from the liquid reservoir (3), a coupling element (21) for selectively coupling between the liquid thermal conditioning system and the liquid supply opening (19) of the cartridge receiving area (14), and a controller for controlling the beverage preparation machine (1). The coupling element (21) has at least one liquid line (22), and the cartridge mounting (4) has at least one locking means (8) which is designed to reversibly lock the cartridge system in the cartridge mounting (4). The locking means (8) can be reversibly converted from an unlocked position into a locked position, and the locking means (8) interacts with the cartridge system in the locked position in a form- and/or force-fitting manner.

GAS DISPENSING SYSTEM FOR A BEVERAGE MACHINE
20190292034 · 2019-09-26 ·

A gas dispensing system for a beverage system is disclosed herein. The gas dispensing system can releasably secure a gas canister or other gas source for release of pressurized gas therein to the beverage system. In an embodiment, the gas dispensing system includes a distribution body that can articulate between a loading position and a dispensing position. In the loading position, a gas canister can be releasably secured within the system. As the distribution body is moved into the dispensing position, a puncture mechanism can be moved further into the distribution body, puncturing the gas canister for release of pressurized gas. The distribution body can be fluidically coupled with a valve or other flow control element of the beverage machine, allowing for controlled entry of the pressurized gas into the system.
