MINI-KEG GROWLER CAP, COMPONENTS, ACCESSORIES AND DESIGNS FOR THE SAME
A number of variations may include a mini-keg growler cap that may include a head having an upper disc shaped surface, an opposite lower surface, a truncated cone extending from the upper disc surface connected to a cylindrical side surface connected to the lower surface and a plurality of threaded ports defined within the truncated cone.
PRESSURE ACTIVATED DISPENSE SYSTEM AND COMPONENTS
A beverage dispenser is provided herein. The beverage dispenser may include a housing and a recess that holds a beverage. The recess may be pressurized to dispense the beverage through a dispensing tube that extends into the housing. The recess may include a base positioned at a bottom of the recess. The base may include a reservoir and the base may draw the beverage towards the reservoir. The dispensing tube may be laterally bisected or longitudinally bisected into a first portion and a second portion that may be removably coupled together.
BEVERAGE EXTRACTOR FOR SPARKLING BEVERAGES
A system and method for dispensing sparkling and other pressurized beverages from a container. Sparkling wine and other beverages may be dispensed without removing a cork or other closure. One or more needles may be inserted through the closure and sparkling beverage dispensed through the one or more needles. The one or more needles may be inserted at an angle to the vertical or axis of the bottle opening in which the closure is positioned, e.g., to avoid contact with a metal retainer on the closure. Dispensed beverage may be directed to a pressurized reservoir to help maintain or recover carbonation prior to dispensing.
BEVERAGE DISPENSER HAVING LIQUID LEVEL GAUGE
A beverage dispenser includes a vessel, a dispensing tap, a dispenser assembly, and a dispensing tube. The vessel defines an internal volume, a lower opening, and an upper opening. The dispensing tube couples the dispensing tap to the dispenser assembly. The dispenser assembly includes a liquid level gauge structure (gauge structure), a riser tube, a lower housing, and an upper housing. The riser tube is positioned within a gauge structure and defines a riser volume. A gauge volume is defined between the gauge structure and the riser tube. The lower housing is configured such that the riser volume and the gauge volume are in fluid communication with the internal volume. The upper housing is configured such that the internal volume is in fluid communication with only the gauge volume and the riser tube is in fluid communication with a volume defined by the dispensing tube.
Vented keg closure
A vented keg closure (1) for use with a keg (30) that contains a fermenting beverage, with the closure (1) comprising a filter member (41) disposed within an airway of the closure (1) that communicates between an internal headspace (36) of the keg (30) and an environment external to the keg (30). The closure (1) has a first configuration wherein the filter member (41) is located at a first position at which it filters gas flowing through the airway. The closure (1) also has a second configuration wherein the filter member (41) is located at a second position at which gas flow through the airway can be increased by at least partially bypassing the filter (41). The extent of movement between the first and second configurations is controlled by the gas pressure difference across the airway.
BEVERAGE DISPENSER HAVING INTEGRATED PRESSURE GAUGE
A portable beverage dispenser with a variable pressure regulator cap assembly that includes a high pressure cavity defined by a cap body. The high pressure cavity receives pressurized gas from a compressed gas reservoir. A low pressure cavity is connected to the high pressure cavity via a high pressure gas passageway. The low pressure cavity defines a low pressure gas passageway that penetrates the cap body. A gauge, such as a pressure and/or temperature gauge provides feedback about characteristics of the beverage contained within the dispenser.
