A beverage infusion apparatus includes: beverage infusion apparatus comprising: (a) an infusion module for infusing a nitrogen containing gas into a beverage to form a gas infused beverage, wherein: (i) the infusion module comprises a gas draw venturi device for drawing the nitrogen containing gas into the beverage as a result of flow of the beverage through the gas draw venturi device to form the gas infused beverage; (b) a dispensing valve for dispensing the gas infused beverage and constructed to move between an open position and a closed position, wherein: (i) the open position permits dispensing of the gas infused beverage from the beverage infusion apparatus; (ii) the closed position prevents dispensing of the gas infused beverage from the beverage infusion apparatus; and (iii) the dispensing valve is constructed to move between the open position and the closed position by a user of the beverage infusion apparatus; and (c) a pump constructed to move the beverage, under pressure, from a beverage reservoir, through the dispensing valve to the dispensing valve. A method of forming a gas infused beverage at a location of purchase of the gas infused beverage is provided.

WATER BOTTLE FILLING SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE

A water bottle filling system includes a water collection vessel, a water storage reservoir having an inlet valve and an outlet valve, an air pump connected to the water storage reservoir, a coupling downstream from the outlet valve and a refillable water bottle connected to the coupling. A method for collecting, cleaning and dispensing potable water into a refillable water bottle is also provided.

Apparatus and methods for filling and dispensing liquids

A shippable liquid storage and dispensing apparatus includes a collapsible liner arranged within a container, with a dispense head coupled to the container, suitable for handling oxygen- and moisture-sensitive materials. The dispense head includes a pressurization gas passage, a pressurization gas valve, a liquid passage, a liquid valve, a liner gas passage, and a liner gas valve, wherein each valve may have an associated quick connect fitting. The dispense head remains attached to the container during inert gas purging, liner filling, container shipment, and liquid dispensing. Pressurized inert gas may be maintained in the liner overlying liquid-containing material during shipment of the coupled dispense head and container. The container may have an extended chime to provide a protective zone that contains the entirety of the dispense head.

Gas exhaust systems

A gas exhaust system particularly designed to collect and exhaust gases, particularly carbon dioxide, from beverage fountain systems where the gasses ordinarily are exhausted to the immediate environment in which the equipment sits, which when an enclosed environment (i.e. a building) may result in a hazardous condition to persons therein.

BEVERAGE EXTRACTOR FOR SPARKLING BEVERAGES
20190352163 · 2019-11-21 · ·

A system and method for dispensing sparkling and other pressurized beverages from a container. Sparkling wine and other beverages may be dispensed without removing a cork or other closure. One or more needles may be inserted through the closure and sparkling beverage dispensed through the one or more needles. The one or more needles may be inserted at an angle to the vertical or axis of the bottle opening in which the closure is positioned, e.g., to avoid contact with a metal retainer on the closure. Dispensed beverage may be directed to a pressurized reservoir to help maintain or recover carbonation prior to dispensing.
