Provided is a connector including: a plug to be attached to an opening of a liquid storing container and attached to an inner peripheral surface of the opening; a key ring to be attached to an outer peripheral surface of the opening extending along an axial line and including a key hole portion disposed at an outside of the outer peripheral surface with respect to the axial line; and a socket to be detachably attached to the plug and including a key rod portion to be engaged with the key hole portion. The plug and the socket are coupled together in a state where the key hole portion and the key rod portion are engaged with each other.

FLUID EXCHANGER

A fluid exchanger may exchange a fluid (e.g., coolant) in a reservoir (e.g., vehicle radiator) by removing or withdrawing a first fluid (e.g., old, spent, used, etc.) and by introducing a second fluid (e.g., new, clean, etc.). For example, the fluid exchanger may use a negative pressure, suction, or vacuum to draw the first fluid from the reservoir, and subsequently, the second fluid may be transferred into the reservoir using a negative pressure held in the reservoir, a positive pressure applied to the second fluid, or a combination thereof. The fluid exchanger may also include a multi-purpose, hand-held nozzle that can change an operation of the fluid exchanger from a withdrawing mode to a dispensing mode.

CONNECTOR AND SOCKET

Provided is a connector including a plug and a socket. The socket includes: a socket body in which a second liquid outflow passage and a second liquid inflow passage are formed; a ball lock mechanism that is attached to the socket body and fixes the socket body to a key ring; and a switching mechanism that switches an open state and a closed state of a rotary valve. The switching mechanism includes an opening/closing arm that regulates releasing of the fixation of the socket body to the key ring by the ball lock mechanism in the open state.

SPACE-BASED GAS SUPPLY SYSTEM

A transfer system for supplying a receiving tank of a receiving spacecraft with a supply gas from a supply spacecraft. A transfer tank is disposed on the supply spacecraft and configured to retain a supply gas. A transfer line is coupled to the transfer tank, and one end thereof maybe coupled to the receiving tank. A transfer valve is operatively coupled to the transfer line. A heating system is thermally coupled to the transfer tank. A control system is operatively coupled to the transfer valve and the heating system. The control system is operable to cause a transfer quantity of the supply gas to be heated, and to open the transfer valve, such that a difference between the increased pressure of the supply gas in the transfer tank and a pressure in the receiving tank causes the transfer quantity of the supply gas to flow to the receiving tank.

FUEL-UREA INJECTION APPARATUS INCLUDING COMMON INLET FOR VEHICLE

A fuel-urea injection apparatus including a common inlet for a vehicle may include a filler neck including the common inlet, into which a fuel injection nozzle and a urea injection nozzle, are inserted, a detector detecting whether the injection nozzle inserted into the filler neck is the fuel injection nozzle or the urea injection nozzle, a switchover valve mounted at a common injection pipe connected to the filler neck, a urea injection pipe connected between a urea outlet of the switchover valve and a urea tank, a fuel injection pipe connected between a fuel outlet of the switchover valve and a fuel tank, and a controller controlling an operation of the switchover valve in accordance with the injection nozzle detected by the detector as being inserted into the filler neck to supply either fuel or urea to the corresponding outlet of the fuel and urea outlets.

Apparatus, system and method for filling a beverage container

Exemplary embodiments include a filling apparatus that can be connected to a valve on a keg, such as a Sankey-D valve, and can be used to pour alcohol and other liquids into the keg, which may be pre-filled with a non-alcoholic drink mix. The filling apparatus has an upper structure which is coupled to a lower portion configured to mate with a keg valve. The filling apparatus may be designed to depress portions of the keg valve to allow for both filling and venting of the keg simultaneously. The filling apparatus may further be designed with features to prevent liquid escape during degassing of the keg. The filling apparatus may include a Sankey-D coupler or a coupler with a probe portion as the lower body portion.

Self-sealing bag

An improved biasing spring mechanism for the valve poppet of the self-sealing valve disposed in the bag fitment of a beverage dispensing collapsible bag. A singular integrally formed spring mechanism and valve poppet replaces the two-piece embodiment previously employed for the self-sealing valve. A u-shaped channel on the poppet receives the valve seat in the coupling to seal off the flow of liquid when the poppet is pushed into the closed position. A plurality of petaloid segments connect the poppet to a circumferential ring surrounding the petaloid segments and provide a spring force to the poppet to move the poppet between the open and closed positions.
