System and method for automatic fueling of hydraulic fracturing and other oilfield equipment
A system and method for fueling multiple saddle tanks of hydraulic fracturing equipment from a single self-propelled cart. The cart having multiple retractable fuel lines for providing and obtaining fuel. Each retractable fuel supply line uses a flowmeter, a ball valve, and an electrically actuated valve to provide remote control to a controller based on a user's selected fueling requirements. An electronic reporting system provides fuel data to operators and users. Fuel data such as fuel tank status, an amount of fuel usage over a stage level, a daily level, or job level along with a fill level of the fuel tank.

Methods and systems for on demand fuel supply
In a method and system for delivering fluid to a fluid consuming asset having a fluid tank, an inlet of a manifold is fluidically coupled to a tank and an outlet of the manifold is coupled to a spigot. A pressure relief valve is disposed between the tank and the manifold to facilitate fluid flow back to the tank through a recirculation inlet when the back-pressure in the system reaches a threshold value. A first distal end of a fluid transporting mechanism is coupled to the spigot and a second distal end thereof is coupled to a hydraulic connector of a fill cap having a connection plate coupled to the fluid tank of the fluid consuming asset. The fill cap further comprises a probe and fluid flows from the first tank to the second tank, through the manifold and the hydraulic connector, through the probe and into the fluid tank of the fluid consuming asset.

Fuel supply chain management system and method for integration of retail gas station, carrier tank trucks, and fuel terminal storage truck racks
A central fuel management system includes a pre-authorization module arranged to receive carrier, trailer, and driver identifying information; match, for each meter under a truck rack, one or more loads associated with the carrier, trailer, and driver identifying information; query for each of the one or more loads: a nomination system containing information on book stock; a terminal automated system containing information on physical inventory at two or more terminals; and a third party allocation management system containing information on loading quantity limits. On the basis of the query the pre-authorization module decides whether each load of the one or more loads is authorized prior to its loading. Where authorized, the driver loads at the truck rack.

Electronic fuel management control and accounting system and devices
In some embodiments, an electronic fuel management control and accounting system may include: a server having a management logic in a memory and executable by a processor; a client device having an interface logic in a memory and executable by a processor; and a dispenser control device communicatively coupled to a material providing system to control dispensing of a material from the material providing system. A dispensing logic may be stored in a memory of the dispenser control device and executable by a processor of the dispenser control device. The dispensing logic may communicate with the management logic of the server via the interface logic of the client device thereby allowing the management logic to control dispensing of the material from the material providing system. The system may enable any number of client devices, such as cell phones, to instantly provide access to the material providing system.
