DISTRIBUTED FUEL SENTRY SYSTEM WITH RELAYED COMMUNICATION

A fuel dispensing system includes a fuel tank, a pump that pumps fuel from the fuel tank, and a fuel sentry controlling pumping of the fuel from the fuel tank. The fuel sentry includes a processor, storage storing configuration data, a communication module, and memory operatively coupled to the processor, the storage, and the communication module. The memory includes instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: receive, from an external device and via the communication module, a request to perform a fuel dispensing operation from the at least one fuel tank, determine, based on the configuration data stored in the storage, whether a user of the external device is authorized to perform the fuel dispensing operation from the at least one fuel tank, and in response to determining that that user is authorized to perform the fuel dispensing operation from the at least one fuel tank, transmit power to the pump from a power source to allow the user to pump fuel.

Trailer-mounted metered pumping system

A trailer-mounted pumping system includes a flatbed trailer having a generally flat deck surface, a pump, a batch controller, and a metering device in electronic communication with the batch controller, wherein the pump is configured to move a liquid from at least one tote supported by the generally flat deck surface to a location off-board the flatbed trailer, and the batch controller is configured to measure a volume of the liquid via the metering device. The pump, the metering device, and/or the batch controller may be disposed beneath the generally flat deck surface.

Pulser shield

A pulser protection device configured to be coupled to a fuel pump sandwiched between the pulser lines of the fuel. The pulser protection device comprises one uniform body with four substantially rectangular segments. The four substantially rectangular segments includes a first, a second, a third, and a fourth substantially rectangular segment. The second, third, and fourth substantially rectangular segments being bent orthogonally from the first substantially rectangular segment. The pulser device sized to be received between a plurality of pulsers of the fuel pump and if present a mailbox printer of the fuel pump. The method of attachment for pulser within the fuel pump is described herein.

System and Method for Automatic Fueling of Hydraulic Fracturing and Other Oilfield Equipment

A system and method for fueling multiple saddle tanks of hydraulic fracturing equipment from a single self-propelled cart. The cart having multiple retractable fuel lines for providing and obtaining fuel. Each retractable fuel supply line uses a flowmeter, a ball valve, and an electrically actuated valve to provide remote control to a controller based on a user's selected fueling requirements. An electronic reporting system provides fuel data to operators and users. Fuel data such as fuel tank status, an amount of fuel usage over a stage level, a daily level, or job level along with a fill level of the fuel tank.

Fuel dispenser sensor assembly

A fuel dispenser comprising fuel flow piping defining a flow path from a source of fuel toward a fueling nozzle. The fuel flow piping further has a filter manifold for mounting a fuel filter thereon. A plurality of fuel handling components are disposed along the fuel flow piping. A sensor device is mounted to the filter manifold, the sensor device having at least one sensor operative to detect a sensed condition related to the fuel dispenser. The sensor device further comprises electronics to transmit a signal related to the sensed condition.

POINT-OF-SALE OCTANE/CETANE-ON-DEMAND SYSTEMS FOR AUTOMOTIVE ENGINES

A point-of-sale fuel dispensing system, a pump assembly and a method of dispensing fuel at a point-of-sale. The system includes a market fuel storage tank, pump assembly, fuel conduit, separation unit, numerous enriched fuel product tanks and a controller. The separation unit may selectively receive at least a portion of market fuel and convert it into an octane-rich fuel component and a cetane-rich fuel component that may be subsequently dispensed to a vehicle being fueled, where a fuel grade selection and retail payment of a fuel containing the octane-rich or cetane-rich fuel components is provided to the vehicle based on user input at the customer interface.
