Methods and Systems for Controlling Fluid Flow to a Fluid Consuming Asset
A system for delivering a fluid to a fluid consuming asset having a fluid tank is disclosed. An inlet of a manifold is fluidically coupled to a storage tank that contains the fluid to be delivered. A first distal end of a fluid transporting mechanism is fluidically coupled to an outlet of the manifold. A second distal end of the fluid transporting mechanism is fluidically coupled to the fluid tank. A primary valve is fluidically coupled to the fluid transporting mechanism and restricts fluid flow to the fluid tank when fluid level in the fluid tank reaches a first fluid level threshold. A secondary valve is fluidically coupled to the fluid transporting mechanism and restricts fluid flow to the fluid tank when fluid level in the fluid tank reaches a second fluid level threshold. The first fluid level threshold is lower than the second fluid level threshold.
Hydraulic fluid spill over receptacle
A hydraulic fluid assembly having an electric motor, a hydraulic pump, hydraulic fluid reservoir, and a hydraulic fluid spill over receptacle engaged to and underneath the hydraulic fluid assembly for capturing spill over hydraulic fluid and directing such spill over to a periphery of the hydraulic fluid spill over receptacle, where the periphery is accessible and away from the hydraulic fluid assembly such that the spill over may be manually wiped up with a cloth rag instead of causing a slippery pontoon boat surface.
FORM-CODED UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK FILLING PORT
A form-coded collar assembly that is configured to be attached around a filling pipe extending into an underground fuel storage tank and comprises a radial lip defining an opening at its open end, and a system having a plurality of such form-coded collar assemblies. The collar assembly has a base plate with a hollow center comprising a greater footprint than the filling pipe; a form-coded collar that corresponds to a substance contained within the underground storage tank; and a sidewall extending between a user-facing surfaces of said base plate and said form-coded collar.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR ON DEMAND FUEL SUPPLY
Apparatus for delivering fluid to a fluid consuming asset having a fluid tank includes a tank operable to contain the fluid and a fluid delivery coupling fluidically coupling the tank to a manifold. A pressure relief valve is fluidically coupled to the manifold, disposed between the manifold and the tank, and coupled to the tank through a recirculation inlet. The pressure relief valve is set at a predetermined pressure threshold and opens when the back-pressure in the manifold exceeds that threshold. The fluid is directed to the tank through the recirculation inlet when the pressure relief valve opens. A fluid transporting mechanism is fluidically coupled to the manifold at a first distal end and a fill cap at a second distal end. The fill cap is coupled to an opening of the fluid tank and fluid can flow from the manifold to the fluid tank through the fluid transporting mechanism.
LIQUID SUPPLY SYSTEM AND LIQUID PREPARATION METHOD
A liquid preparation method is provided. The method includes measuring, with a detection member, a quantity of a liquid stored in a liquid tank by emitting a detection signal toward a floating member positioned in a tube. The tube extends in a height direction of the liquid tank and fluidly connects to two connecting ports of the liquid tank that are located at opposite sides of a surface of the liquid, and the position of the floating member in the tube varies according to a level of the liquid in the liquid tank. The method also includes regulating the liquid in the liquid tank in response to the quantity of the liquid in the liquid tank.
Monitoring system and method for a multiple-walled fluid system
A monitoring system for a multiple-walled fluid system with a first walled region including a flowing or stagnant fluid and at least one second walled region at least partially surrounding the first walled region. The first walled region and the at least one second walled region forming the multiple-walled fluid system, the first walled region being in fluid communication with the at least one second walled region, the at least one second walled region also being in fluid communication with the ambient environment. A data processing device for monitoring at least one pressure difference between a pressure in at least one a control volume and at least one second pressure in the at least one second walled region, a first control volume in fluid connection with the first walled region and the ambient environment. The at least one pressure difference indicating the status of the multiple-walled fluid system.
PRODUCT LOSS REDUCTION BY USING SHOTENED PURGE FOR ASEPTIC TANK
An intermediate storage tank assembly can include a filling line; a filling machine; and an end-valve assembly. In some embodiments, the intermediate storage tank assembly comprises a switch arranged between said filling machine and said end-valve assembly for detecting a level of product and in response thereto stopping a priming of intermediate storage tank thereby preventing product from reaching said end-valve assembly.
Age verified device activation
An apparatus is provided that is in communication with an age verification system and an accessory. The apparatus may include at least one interface element configured to receive information indicative of an age or identity of a user, a first communication interface configured to connect with the age verification system, a second communication interface configured to connect with the accessory, and circuitry. The circuitry may be configured to activate the accessory through the second communication interface to provide access to an age restricted product in response to receiving an age verification from the age verification system through the first communication interface.
FLUID DISPENSING UNIT HAVING A CIRCULATION SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR CIRCULATING A FLUID IN A FLUID DISPENSING UNIT
A dispensing unit having a circulation system for circulating a fluid in the dispensing unit is provided. The circulation system comprises, a circulation circuit, and a mechanism configured to circulate the fluid in the circulation circuit. By circulating the fluid, the fluid is counteracted from crystallizing. A method for circulating a fluid in a dispensing unit is also provided.
