APPARATUS, SYSTEM, & METHOD FOR TEMPORARY LIQUID COMMODITY TRANSFER STATIONS
An apparatus, system, and method for temporary fluid commodity transfer stations. A fluid commodity transfer structure can include a base member, a casing, and a fluid commodity transfer system. The fluid commodity transfer system can be configured to dispense a commodity for transloading from opposite sides of the fluid commodity transfer structure. A modular fueling station system can include one or more receptacles operably coupled to a fluid commodity transfer structure to allow a fluid commodity transfer system to utilize each receptacle as a fuel reservoir. The fluid commodity transfer structure can be loaded onto an intermodal transport vehicle, unloaded at a location, deposited at the location, and be operably coupled with one or more receptacles and/or other fluid commodity transfer structures to provide fueling infrastructure for fleet vehicles or allow for the commercial transfer of fluid from one receptable to another as a mobile fluid transfer system.
MOBILE DISTRIBUTION STATION WITH FAIL-SAFES
A fluid delivery apparatus includes a mobile distribution station, at least one manifold on the mobile distribution station, a pump configured to deliver fluid to the at least one manifold, a plurality of reels fluidly connected with the at least one manifold, a plurality of hoses, a plurality of valves, and a plurality of fluid level sensors. Each hose is fluidly connected with a different one of the reels. Each valve is situated between the at least one manifold and a respective different one of the reels, and each fluid level sensor is paired with a different one of the hoses. A controller is configured to individually open and close the valves responsive to the fluid level sensors.
Multifunctional dispensing system with overhead fuel/air delivery
Various multifunctional dispensing systems with overhead fuel/air delivery and methods for using the same are provided. Such a system can include a dispenser system and an overhead delivery unit suspended on tracks above a vehicle drive aisle at a fueling station. The overhead delivery unit can include a fuel dispensing nozzle and an air dispensing nozzle that can be moved about the tracks so as to optimally position the nozzles to be approximately overhead the fuel doors and tires, respectively. Such an arrangement allows a customer to refuel their vehicle and inflate their tire(s) without moving their car between each transaction.
Refueling vehicle
A refueling vehicle may have a front fuel dispensing module with at least one or more hoses for dispensing fuel product from the fuel tank to an external tank. The front fuel dispensing module is located between the cab and the fuel tank containing the fuel product.

Method for training heating oil tank truck drivers
A method for training a worker to delivery heating oil to homes and commercial establishments, comprises having the worker drive a first truck rated at no more than 10,000 pounds gross vehicle weight, the truck carrying as cargo a portable assembly comprising a less than 119 gallon capacity heating oil tank, an up to 29 gallons per minute pump, and a meter sub-system. The Preferably, the portable apparatus with an oil-filled tank weighs less than 1,500 pounds. By using the first truck, the worker becomes better situated to seek the license and other qualifications needed to drive a conventional heating oil tank second truck that typically carries 2,000 or more gallons of heating oil, to deliver heating oil to customers.
Fuel Caddy with Hand Crank for Pump Located on the Nozzle
The invention broadly comprises a portable device (fuel caddy) for transferring fluids, particular for transferring gasoline from a storage container to gasoline using vehicles, boats or equipment. The device includes an external housing with an inlet and a discharge through a nozzle with a pump located on the external housing, with the pump operated by a hand crank located on the nozzle. The external housing includes all-terrain wheels, a tow loop for use on ATVs' and trucks, and an extended hose to the nozzle.
HELICOPTER WINCH CABLE STABILIZER
A stabilizing system for a cable has a cable deployed and suspended from a helicopter, a cargo support attached at a deployed end of the cable, an end effector attached to the cable, the end effector comprising thrusters directed in a plurality of directions orthogonal to a vertical axis of the cable, first control circuitry in the helicopter, and second control circuitry in the end effector. Thrust of individual thrusters is controlled through the first and second control circuitry maintaining the axis of the cable vertical, damping swinging of the cable.

Fuel Storage and Dispensing Device
A fuel storage and dispensing device that includes one or more storage tanks that are housed in a cabinet. A dispenser is fluidly attached to one or more of the storage tanks through a conduit. The dispenser includes one or more safety features to prevent inadvertent dispensing of fuel and to control the dispensing of the fuel.
