Wine dispenser that protects unpoured wine from oxidation by preventing air from entering the dispenser when partially full
A wine dispenser is disclosed that protects unpoured wine from oxidation due to exposure to air within the dispenser. The dispenser includes a dispenser body having a weighted piston disposed within, the weighted piston being configured to move toward the dispensing end of the dispenser body when the dispenser is tilted downward, causing wine to be dispensed via a dispensing assembly. The dispensing assembly includes a lid having a wine flow channel that provides a path for wine to flow out of the dispenser body, and a unidirectional flow valve that is biased in a closed air-tight state to prevent air from entering the dispenser body via the wine flow channel, unless the unidirectional flow valve is forced into an open state, thereby allowing wine to flow out from the dispenser body via the wine flow channel, and then out of the dispenser via a pouring neck.
Liquid transfer apparatus
A liquid transfer assembly includes a housing that has a supply port, a return port and a fill port each extending into an interior of the housing. A shut off valve is movably integrated into the housing and the shut off valve is movable between a first condition and a second condition. A trigger is movably integrated into the grip and the trigger is in communication with the shut off valve. The shut off valve is actuated into the second condition when the trigger is depressed. An inertial pump is movably disposed within the housing and the inertial pump is charged with a handle to pump a fluid in a first container into the second container when the trigger is depressed. A priming pump is integrated into the housing for priming the inertial pump when the priming pump is manipulated.

Apparatus and method for displacing air from wine containers
A device for preventing air from displacing wine poured from a bottle. A retainable spout assembly comprises a bottle seal, a base having a liquid channel and vent channel, and a spout. A disposable bag assembly comprises folded limp inflatable bag attached to a vent tube which is attachable to the vent channel. As wine is poured, air enters the vent tube and inflates the pliable bag. After the bottle contents are consumed, the retainable subassembly may be removed from the disposable subassembly by leaving the disposable subassembly in the bottle or container. The retainable subassembly may be cleaned, and a replacement subassembly attached to the vent channel before inserting into a new container. The air displacement device may be inserted into a bottle before or after pouring wine. A pump or manual blow tube can be used to remove air from a partially-filled bottle.
Plunger and plunger assembly for a cartridge, system for storing a substance, and method of filling and sealing a substance in a delivery system
The present invention is directed to a plunger, a plunger assembly, and a system for storing a substance or substances, preferably flowable substances, and a method of filling and sealing a substance in a storing system. In particular, the present invention provides for substantially air-free filling and storing of substances in a delivery system.
Wine dispenser that preserves wine quality by reducing oxidation of contained wine when the dispenser is partially full
A wine dispenser is disclosed that preserves wine by reducing oxidation when partially filled with wine. The dispenser includes: a bottle body having a uniform cross section; a piston disposed within the bottle body for pushing the wine therethrough; a drive member capable of pushing the piston along the bottle body; and a dispensing assembly attached to the dispensing end. The dispensing assembly includes: a shoulder having a wine flow channel, the wine being able to flow out only via the wine flow channel; a neck in sealable and rotatable relationship with the shoulder, the neck having a pouring end and a flow regulation end, the flow regulation end having at least one opening that can be rotated so as to permit wine to flow in from the wine flow channel, through the at least one opening, and out through the pouring end, when pressure is applied to the piston.
Zero waste color change system
A paint cartridge includes a housing and a piston slidably disposed within a cavity in the housing to divide the cavity into a paint chamber and a solvent chamber. A valve assembly extends through an aperture in the piston to selectively put the paint chamber in fluid communication with the solvent chamber. A solvent inlet provides solvent to the solvent chamber to move the piston. Movement of the piston discharges paint from the paint chamber through the paint outlet.
Compounding dispensing gun
A compounding dispensing gun includes a pawl-spring assembly and a hand-housing assembly. The hand-housing assembly is coupled to the pawl-spring assembly. The hand-housing assembly has a handle. A plunger assembly extends through the hand-housing assembly and includes a push rod and a push rod head removably coupled to the push rod. The push rod has a plurality of first notches and a plurality of second notches formed thereon. The push rod selectively cooperates with the pawl-spring assembly to advance the push rod and the push rod head during a dispensing operation.
Plunger for caulking gun
A caulking gun includes a stock having a handle, a piston rod slidably attached to the stock and movable forwardly and rearwardly relative to the stock, the piston rod includes a front portion, and a plunger attached to the front portion, the plunger including a head attached to the front portion, and the plunger including a pusher having an opening formed in an upper portion of the pusher for receiving and engaging with the head and for securing the head to the pusher. The pusher includes an inner peripheral channel formed in the upper portion and communicating with the opening of the pusher for receiving and engaging with the head. The pusher includes a spring latch on the upper portion for engaging with the head and for locking the head to the pusher and for preventing the pusher from being disengaged from the head.
Integrated material transfer and dispensing system
An integrated material transfer and dispensing system for storing, transferring and dispensing materials, such as fluids and liquids, for example, liquid applied sound deadener (LASD). The system includes at least one vessel having a force transfer device. Each vessel may be removably enclosed in cabinet to form an automated station. Each vessel may be configured with a data logger, cleanout port, a sample valve at least one sight window and an access port for introducing a compound such as a biocide. Each vessel may be configured with instruments including sensors for measuring process variables, such as material volume, level, temperature, pressure and flow. The system may further include a metering device system and a robotic material dispenser system without a pump interface. The robotic system may further include a computer control system connected to flow and pressure sensors. The system may directly feed an applicator without an intervening pump.
