Automatic fueling system and method for hydraulic fracturing equipment
The present invention provides a smart and automated system that is used for refueling of frac truck tanks during fracturing operations. The system is used to refuel the frac truck tanks which are constantly working in the high pressure and high-temperature zone for the fracturing of the wellbore to extract oil and gas. For safety, the system is equipped with explosion/fire free wiring system. The system incorporates inventive fuel valve to avoid the fuel clogging that increases the frac truck performance. The system employs artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud-based software for ease of operation and to maximize economic performance. The system is equipped with artificial intelligence and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) software and incorporates charge pump and loop systems which maintain a predetermined pressure (in Pounds per Square Inch (PSI) unit) in each loop so as to maximize the performance and control function in the refueling system.
TRANSFER ASSEMBLY FOR ATTACHMENT TO A FRONT PORTION OF AN AGRICULTURAL VEHICLE AND A METHOD OF USE
A transfer assembly for attachment to a front portion of an agricultural vehicle, i.e. forage harvester, and a method of use are disclosed. The transfer assembly includes a frame, a pump and an air compressor, along with appropriate drive mechanisms. The agricultural vehicle has an engine and drive mechanisms including a first driven pulley. The pump is connected to the first driven pulley through second and third driven pulleys. The pump is secured to the frame and has a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. A transfer pipe routes the fluid or manure away from the pump and has a coupling connected to its second end. The coupling enables a flexible hose to be attached to it so that the fluid or manure can be directed to another location, such as onto a field. The transfer assembly also includes a control mechanism for operating the pump, air compressor, etc.

VALVE FOR A GRAVITY FED SILO TANK FUELING SYSTEM
A fleet refueling silo tank system gravity feeds fuel through hoses to fleet units without requiring pressurizing pumps. Specialized valves at the fleet unit fuel tanks prevent vapor escape and admit fuel at low, gravity fed pressures. The cylindrical silo tank includes an upper, gravity feed dispensing chamber and a lower reservoir chamber. A fuel pump doubles as means for moving fuel from the reservoir chamber to the dispensing chamber and for refilling the reservoir from fuel delivery trucks. Onboard telemetry transmits fuel consumption and flow rates wirelessly to a control center where operators monitor safety parameters in real time. Stored data may be analyzed to calculate fleet unit maintenance and service intervals. A tractor trailer hauls the silo tank horizontally on roads and highways and includes a gantry and hydraulic lifts to erect the silo tank into vertical operating position supported by a built-in platform.
