TANKER TRUCK MANIFOLD LEVEL MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A tanker truck offloading system and method. The tanker truck offloading system includes a manifold in fluid communication with a tank and a plurality of tanker truck offloading stations, a tanker truck coupling at an open end of the manifold at each of the plurality of tanker truck offloading stations, and an air separator in fluid communication with the manifold.
Tanker truck manifold offloading systems and methods
A tanker truck offloading manifold method. The tanker truck offloading method includes detecting a tanker truck in at least one of a plurality of offloading stations, energizing a blower having an inlet duct coupled to a tank receiving fluid from the plurality of offloading stations, the blower to draw gasses from the tank when at least one tanker truck is offloading at least one of the plurality of offloading stations, de-energizing the blower when no tanker truck is offloading at any of the plurality of offloading stations, energizing a pump having an inlet coupled to the tank when the tank level is above a predetermined high level, and de-energizing the pump when the tank level is below a predetermined low level.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COLLECTING AND SUPPLYING BRAKE FLUID
This device for collecting and supplying brake fluid has a gas-liquid separation tank divided into a lower chamber and an upper chamber with a partition wall interposed therebetween. Connected to the gas-liquid separation tank are: a collection line for collecting brake fluid from the brake system of a vehicle in the gas-liquid separation tank; a circulation line for extraction of brake fluid from the lower chamber and the return thereof to the lower chamber; and a replenishment line for replenishing the gas-liquid separation tank with fresh brake fluid. Air intake for the brake system is performed via a main intake line, and air intake for the gas-liquid separation tank is performed via an auxiliary intake line. Both the main intake line and auxiliary intake line are connected to an auxiliary tank.
Portable vehicle fueling kiosk
Improvements in a portable vehicle fueling kiosk is disclosed. The kiosk is constructed on a pallet or a skid that allows the kiosk to be placed, located or moved to a location where the fuel dispensing is desired. A fuel tanker that would normally dispense fuel to a storage tank of a gas station is connected to one side of the kiosk. The kiosk accepts payment by nearly any form of money, credit card or token to measure, dispense and bill or invoice the user. The kiosk can have a Wi-Fi or cellular communication to communicate with a user at a distance and can monitor, use, status and remaining fuel in the tanker. If a fuel tanker has been depleted additional tankers can be connected to the kiosk, and when the kiosk is no longer needed it can be transported to another location.
Mobile Fuel Measurement System
A mobile fuel monitoring system (MMU) is disclosed. The fuel monitoring system may be skid mounted and is configured to monitor fuel transfers between a fuel source and a vessel, such as a ship. The disclosed MMU is a stand-alone, self-contained unit that can be easily moved from place to place. The MMU is configured to monitor and remotely report custody transfers of fuel performed at any location. Parameters of the fuel transfer operation, such as the amount of fuel transferred, the flow rate, the fuel density, and fuel temperature can be monitored and alarms may be issued if any of the parameters are out of specification. The parameter values may be transmitted to a remote location, for example, via a satellite link.
LIQUID SUPPLY DEVICE, LIQUID DISCHARGE DEVICE, AND LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS
A liquid supply device includes a liquid discharge head, a main tank, a first sub-tank, a second sub-tank, a first channel, a degassing device, and a second channel. The liquid discharge head is configured to discharge liquid. The main tank is configured to store liquid to be supplied to the liquid discharge head. The first sub-tank is configured to store gas and liquid and connected to the main tank and the liquid discharge head. The second sub-tank is configured to store gas and liquid and connected to the first sub-tank and the liquid discharge head. The first channel connects between the main tank and the first sub-tank. The degassing device is configured to degas liquid in the first channel. The second channel connects between the second sub-tank and the first channel.
Dispensing pump for fuel vending systems
A dispensing pump for fuel vending systems, comprising a pump body which forms internally a pumping chamber, which rotatably accommodates an impeller, functionally connected to a motor, and provided with an intake connector and a delivery connector, which communicate with the pumping chamber and can be connected to a fuel dispensing line; the pump body has at least one coupling portion for at least one auxiliary device of the dispensing line.
Systems and methods for mobile fuel transloading
A mobile liquid transferring system comprising a first articulating fluid conduit configured to couple to a first tank, a pump comprising a pump inlet in fluid communication with the first articulating fluid conduit, a flow meter comprising a first pickoff for a first liquid of a first viscosity and a second pickoff for a second liquid of a second viscosity, a meter register configured to control flow of the first liquid and the second liquid in accordance with one or more loading parameters and one or more liquid parameters, a flow control valve in fluid communication with the flow meter and configured to alter flow of at least one of the first liquid and the second liquid in response to a communication from the load rack controller, and a second articulating fluid conduit in fluid communication with the flow control valve and configured to couple to a second tank.
MATERIAL SUPPLY DEVICE
A material supply device is provided, to eliminate bubbles in materials supplied by the material storage tank to the glue supply syringe. The material supply device includes: a material storage tank; a material supply tank provided with a material supply outlet; and a bubble elimination component, configured to be in communication with the material storage tank and the material supply tank and eliminate bubbles in materials supplied by the material storage tank to the material supply tank.
