A method for providing a safe and healthy water and water-based product, comprising: testing pretreated reverse osmosis water to determine whether it meets a first set of pre-defined specifications; introducing a pre-defined nutrient composition into the water, wherein the predefined nutrient composition comprising one or more of mineral nutrients, trace elements and nutritional supplements; testing the water to determine whether it meets a second set of pre-defined specifications; and disinfecting the water along with its container by UV irradiation from a UV light source to obtain a water product.

Fuel storage and supply arrangement having fuel conditioning assembly

A method of deploying a water intake device in a fuel storage tank involves providing a water intake device having an elongate flow structure including at least one flexible flow tube and an elongate substrate adjacent to the flow tube, wherein the substrate provides a semi-rigid characteristic that allows the elongate flow structure to be guided. Another step of the method involves providing a guide tube having a straight portion and an arcuate portion at a distal end of the guide tube. Another step of the method involves installing the guide tube generally vertically into a fuel storage tank with the arcuate portion directed toward a desired guidance direction. Another step of the method involves moving the elongate flow structure of the water intake device through the guide tube into a deployed position.

Low level water sensor and method of use

A low level water sensor and method of use in, e.g., mitigating acidic corrosion in a fuel storage tank is disclosed.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR LIMITING ACIDIC CORROSION AND CONTAMINATION IN FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEMS

A method and apparatus are provided for controlling a fuel delivery system to limit acidic corrosion. An exemplary control system includes a controller, at least one monitor, an output, and a remediation system. The monitor of the control system may collect and analyze data indicative of a corrosive environment in the fuel delivery system. The output of the control system may automatically warn an operator of the fueling station of the corrosive environment so that the operator can take preventative or corrective action. The remediation system of the control system may take at least one corrective action to remediate the corrosive environment in the fuel delivery system.

A device for cleaning fuel located in a tank of an aircraft, having a prescribed flow direction for the fuel and units fluidically connected to one another for transfer of fuel. The device includes in the flow direction an extractor configured to extract fuel from the tank of the aircraft, a filter configured to filter the extracted fuel, and a recirculator. The recirculator is configured to return the filtered fuel to the tank of the aircraft. The recirculator includes a hose configured to provide selective fluid connection of the device to the tank of the aircraft. A pump is provided for moving the fuel, at least through the hose of the recirculator.
