A distribution station includes a mobile trailer, a pump, a manifold connected with the pump, reels, flow passages connected to the manifold and running through the reels, hoses, connected the flow passages via the reels, valves situated between the manifold and the reels and operable to control fluid flow through the flow passages, fluid level sensors connected or connectable with the hoses, and a controller configured to operate the valves responsive to fluid level thresholds to control fluid flow to the hoses.

A trailer that includes a tank with an enclosed interior space configured to hold fluid. The trailer can include a chassis that supports the tank and wheels for moving to desired locations. The tank can include planar opposing sides with rounded corners. One or more baffles can be located within the interior space. The baffles restrict the movement of the fluid within the interior space while the trailer is being moved between locations. This restriction reduces the forces that the moving fluid exerts on the tank which could cause damage to the tank that could result in leaks and failure.

A system and related method of filling tanks is provided so that tanks do not attain an overfill condition and/or so the tanks are filled to a maximum specified capacity. The system includes an adjustable float switch having a float configured to float in liquid that is filled into a trailer tanker, a mix tank, a frac tank, a storage tank and a variety of other tanks. The float can be set so that when the liquid attains a maximum level and associated volume, the float switch opens so that pressurized air can be communicated from it to a pneumatically actuated tanker valve disposed in a supply line. This shuts off the flow of liquid through the supply line and into the tank. The system can be operable in a various modes, such as a filling mode, a filled mode, a manual emergency shutoff mode and/or a manual reset mode.

A portable fueling device that stores and filters fuel. The fueling device may include a frame configured to be towed by a towing vehicle. One or more transport members, such as wheels or skids, facilitate the movement. A fuel tank is positioned on the frame and a fuel line extends outward from the fuel tank. An end of the fuel line opposite from the frame can be configured to dispense the fuel. First and second filters are positioned along the fuel line and each is configured to remove contaminants from the fuel. The first filter is positioned upstream from the second filter and is able to filter smaller sized contaminants than the second filter. The first filter also has a larger capacity than the second filter. A pump can be positioned to move the fuel along the fuel line.

A system and method for fueling multiple saddle tanks of hydraulic fracturing equipment from a single cart. The cart having multiple retractable fuel lines for providing and obtaining fuel. Each retractable fuel supply line uses a flowmeter, a ball valve, and an electrically actuated valve to provide remote control to a controller based upon a user's selected fueling requirements. An electronic reporting system provides fuel data to operators and users. Fuel data such as fuel tank status, amount of fuel usage over a stage level, a daily level, or job level along with a fill level of the fuel tank.

A dosing system for cleaning liquids in the field of commercial cleaning having a storage volume and a dosing device arranged on the storage volume as well as a corresponding dosing method.

A gravity-fed fuel delivery system is provided. A central storage tank holds fuel to re-supply a number of pump trucks or other mechanized equipment, such as on a hydraulic fracturing location, and can be selectively raised or lowered. Hoses or other conduits extend from the central storage tank to individual fuel tanks of the equipment to be refueled. Adapters allow connection of the distal end of each hose or conduit to an inlet opening of a fuel tank. A float valve assembly senses when fuel inside an individual fuel tank is below a predetermined level, thereby mechanically opening a valve assembly to permit fluid to flow from the central storage tank, through a conduit, through the float valve assembly and into the fuel tank.

The present invention relates to a dosing system (1) for cleaning liquids in the field of commercial cleaning having a storage volume (2) and a dosing device (3) arranged on the storage volume (2) as well as a corresponding dosing method.

An auxiliary distribution station is configured to be used in cooperation with a primary distribution station. The auxiliary distribution system includes a mobile vehicle, an auxiliary hose reel and auxiliary hose, a lift, a tank, a pump, an auxiliary meter, and a tank hose. The auxiliary hose is configured to be fluidly connected with a hose of the primary distribution station. The lift is configured to move and deploy the auxiliary hose reel from the mobile vehicle. The pump is operable to pump fluid from the tank, through the meter, and through the tank hose.

The invention describes three compartments for cleaning and dispensing fuel and cleaning out fuel storage tanks with a minimum amount of down time.
