The lid provides a carbon dioxide canister coupled to a pressure regulator and a conduit from the regulator into the main body, with a quick-disconnect fitting to couple to a keg assembly inside the main body. The lid also provides a dispensing tower with a faucet and a beverage conduit with another quick-disconnect fitting for coupling to the keg assembly. The tower may be folded down to lie flat on the top of the lid, e.g., for ease of transportation. A drip tray grate and a drip tray reservoir may be set or fixed on the lid, to collect and dispose of beverage overflow.
