FLEXIBLE ELECTRODE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

A method for preparing a flexible electrode is provided. The method comprises sequentially forming a flexible base layer and an intermediate conductive layer on a carrier plate; treating an elastomeric template having an electrode pattern with an acid, followed by transferring and printing the electrode pattern onto the intermediate conductive layer to form an electrode inducing layer; forming a titanium dioxide-polydopamine composite layer in a gap of the electrode inducing layer; forming a platinum electrode layer on the titanium dioxide-polydopamine composite layer; removing the carrier plate. The invention solves the problems of slow formation of a polydopamine film and slow formation of a platinum electrode layer. A flexible electrode is further provided.

SINGLE PROOF MASS BASED THREE-AXIS ACCELEROMETER

The present invention discloses a three-axis accelerometer. The three-axis accelerometer comprises: a substrate; at least one anchor block fixedly disposed on the substrate; a first X-axis electrode, a second X-axis electrode, a first Y-axis electrode, a second Y-axis electrode, a first Z-axis electrode and a second Z-axis electrode all fixedly disposed on the substrate; a framework suspended above the substrate and comprising a first beam column, a second beam column disposed opposite to the first beam column and at least one connecting beam connecting the first beam column and the second beam column; a proof mass suspended above the substrate; and at least one elastic connection component configured to elastically connect to the at least anchor block, the connecting beam, and the proof mass. The three-axis accelerometer can realize high-precision acceleration detection on three axes with only one proof mass, and in particular, can provide a fully differential detection signal for the Z axis, thereby greatly improving detection precision.

In one example, an apparatus that is part of a Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) module of a vehicle comprises a semiconductor integrated circuit comprising a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) and a substrate. The MEMS comprises an array of micro-mirror assemblies, each micro-mirror assembly comprising: a micro-mirror having a first thickness; and an actuator comprising first fingers and second fingers, the first fingers being connected with the substrate, the second fingers being mechanically connected to the micro-mirror having a second thickness smaller than the first thickness, the actuator being configured to generate an electrostatic force between the first fingers and the second fingers to rotate the micro-mirror to reflect light emitted by a light source out of the LiDAR module or light received by the LiDAR module to a receiver.

No-gel pressure sensor package

A no-gel sensor package is disclosed. In one embodiment, the package includes a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) die having a first substrate, which in turn includes a first surface on which is formed a MEMS device. The package also includes a polymer ring with an inner wall extending between first and second oppositely facing surfaces. The first surface of the polymer ring is bonded to the first surface of the first substrate to define a first cavity in which the MEMS device is contained. A molded compound body having a second cavity that is concentric with the first cavity, enables fluid communication between the MEMS device and an environment external to the package.

MEMS TRANSDUCER

A microelectromechanical system (MEMS) transducer includes a substrate and a pair of electrodes supported by the substrate. The pair of electrodes are configured as a bias electrode-sense electrode couple. A moveable electrode of the pair of electrodes is configured for vibrational movement in a first direction during excitation of the moveable electrode. The pair of electrodes are spaced apart from one another by a gap in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The moveable electrode includes a cantilevered end, the cantilevered end being warped to exhibit a resting deflection along the first direction.
