CONTROL VALVE APPARATUS
20180085688 · 2018-03-29 ·

A strip-shaped filter in the shape of a circular arc is arranged at a port opening portion of an oil passage, the port opening portion being in maximum proximity to a spool hole portion or a valve element, to prevent a contaminant in the oil passage from reaching the spool hole portion or the valve element. A groove portion is arranged to extend in a circumferential direction in a wall surface of the upper body which defines the spool hole portion. The port opening portion is defined in the groove portion, and is connected to the oil passage. The filter is housed in the groove portion to close the port opening portion defined in the groove portion.

Sieve box and adjustable nozzle assembly

An adjustable nozzle assembly for a sieve box and a sieve box including same, including a support assembly and nozzles. A pair of elongated support members may be received through openings in support collars. Nozzles may be operatively connected to the collars. The support assembly, which may include collars and rods, are configured to provide at least one of lateral movement and rotational movement of the nozzles. At least one of the first elongated support member and the second elongated support member may be configured to move when coupled to the sieve box to adjust a spray angle of the nozzles. Pivoting of the one rod about the other rod adjusts the angle at which the nozzles are disposed. The rods may be externally threaded, and the collars may be internally threaded, such that when the rods are rotated, the collars translate laterally along the rods to move the nozzles.

Filter Element and Filter Arrangement

A filter element for filtering liquids has a folded filter medium with outer fold edges and inner fold edges, wherein the inner and outer fold edges extend along a longitudinal axis of the filter element. A support body is provided with a first support body section and a second support body section, wherein the first support body section is facing the inner fold edges and hugs closely an envelope of the inner fold edges. An envelope of the outer fold edges and the second support body section hug closely at least sectionwise an outer circumferential surface of the filter element.

A fitting, and method for mounting the fitting, to a water tank including a wall defining an inlet opening. The fitting comprising a solar shield for mounting to an edge of the wall, the edge defining the inlet opening. The solar shield including a base defining a lower region; at least a first arm extending upwardly from the base, the first arm having a portion that overlies an external surface of the tank when the fitting is fitted to the tank; at least a second arm extending upwardly from the base; and, a solar shield adapted to allow fluid to pass located, wherein the solar shield is adapted to snap fit into the inlet opening when the fitting is fitted to the tank without the use of additional fasteners, joiners and/or adhesives.

Double filtration tension frame sediment control filter
09562350 · 2017-02-07 ·

A double filtration sediment control device to improve sediment removal from stormwater. A sheet of filtering geotextile is sewn to form a sleeve and a leading flap. An elongated flat, flexible frame is bent longitudinally to form an arch that is inserted into the geotextile sleeve. After insertion, the frame expands against the sleeve to support the sleeve in an arched orientation with an uphill leg and a downhill leg. The outside of the uphill leg is a first filtering surface, and the inside of the downhill leg is a second filtering surface. The flap is covered with soil to direct water through the device, and the device is anchored with sod staples driven through the flap. The frame provides a height and functional rigidity to the assembly. The second filtering surface may be a finer filter than the first filtering surface.
