FILTER DEVICE
An IC tag is attached to a filter element and a contact of the IC tag with liquid is avoidable. An IC tag is provided inside an upper plate provided so as to cover an upper end surface of a filter medium in a filter element. A lid body is provided on the case into which the filter element is inserted, and an antenna is provided on the lid body.
Filter cartridge for liquid filteration; assembly; and, methods
A liquid filter cartridge is provided. Preferred seal arrangements are provided, to provide for preferred axial load conditions, with respect to one or more of the end caps of the cartridge. Some cartridge configurations provided include no core structure or outer liner structure therein, to support axial load. Assemblies using the cartridge, and methods of assembly and use, are provided. The liquid filter cartridge can be a serviceable cartridge, or it can be retained permanently in a housing.
High capacity filter element end cap
A removable and replaceable end cap that selectively lockingly engages a seat ring of a filter housing. The end cap may include a flange that compresses a gasket member between the end cap and the seat ring to form a fluid tight seal therebetween. The end cap may include cam locking grooves that may each receive insertion of a protrusion of the seat ring, and which are structured for at least rotational displacement about the received protrusion as the end cap is rotated between locked and unlocked positions relative to the seat ring. The end cap may also include an opening that accommodates the passage of a fluid to a filter element. The filter element, which may be coupled to the end cap, may be adapted to remove particulate or contaminate from the received fluid.
Filter assembly including flow cap
A filter assembly may include a canister and a filter element received in the canister. The filter element may include filter media configured to promote separation of a first fluid from a second fluid having different characteristics than the first fluid as fluid passes through the filter media. The filter element may further include a first end cap, a second end cap, and a tubular member extending between the first and second end caps. The filter assembly may further include a flow cap associated with the first end cap of the filter element. The flow cap may include an inlet portion configured to provide flow communication between an inlet port of a filter base and the tubular member of the filter element, and an outlet portion configured to provide flow communication between an outlet port of the filter base and an exterior portion of the filter element.
OIL FILTER/LIQUID INDICATOR ASSEMBLY
A bearing housing assembly featuring a bearing housing having a bearing housing wall portion with a bearing assembly chamber for receiving a bearing assembly and a shaft to be rotated, an oil sump for receiving and containing oil for lubricating the bearing assembly when the shaft is rotated, an oil path channel formed as an oil path for receiving dirty oil from the bearing assembly chamber for traveling down the oil path, and a filter assembly wall portion forming a filter assembly cavity coupled fluidically between the oil sump and the oil path channel; and a filter assembly arranged in the filter assembly cavity, to couple to the filter assembly wall portion, receive the dirty oil traveling down the oil path, filter the dirty oil and provide filtered oil to the oil sump, so the filtered oil can be recirculated to lubricate the bearing assembly when the shaft is rotated.
Liquid filter assembly and methods
A liquid filter assembly includes a porous tubular support member and a filter element removably and replaceably oriented in the interior volume of the support member. A bypass valve arrangement is provided to permit at least some unfiltered liquid to bypass media in the filter element. A dynamic seal can help to seal the bypass valve arrangement.
Filter device and filtration device
A filter element having a substantially cylindrical shape is provided inside a filter case that is provided with a plurality of opening portions in a side surface and has a bottomed substantially cylindrical shape. A fluid flows into a hollow portion of the filter element from an inflow portion provided between a bottom surface of the filter case and the filter element in a height direction. Further, an inner tube provided inside a filtration material having a substantially cylindrical shape includes a first region that is formed with an opening portion substantially on the entire surface and a second region that is not formed with an opening portion. The second region is provided below the first region to include a lower end of the inner tube.
FILTER DEVICE
The invention relates to a filter device with a removable termination part (81; 82) and a housing (3) that receives a replaceable filter element (5) having two end caps (25,47), between which a filter material (12) extends. The invention is characterized in that a positioning device (65) is arranged between the termination part (81; 82) and one end cap (47), said positioning device positioning the filter element (5) within the housing (3), at least when viewed in the circumferential direction of the filter element, in interaction with at least one corresponding positioning element (71) of said end cap (47).
Enhanced liquid filter bag
An enhanced liquid filter bag is disclosed. The enhancements to a liquid filter bag disclosed herein include the addition of an internal filter cartridge and the addition of a liquid impermeable liner material that directs the flow of liquid to a centrally located void in the internal filter cartridge.
Water Filter
The present invention relates to a filter arrangement (1) comprising: a chamber (12) comprising a chamber inlet for unfiltered liquid, a chamber outlet for filtered liquid and a wall arranged to keep the unfiltered liquid and the filtered liquid separated, a filter element (2) having a longitudinal extension arranged inside of said chamber (12), wherein said filter element (2) comprises a semi-permeable filtration wall (22) comprising a folded filter (24) arranged in a zig-zag configuration between an inner perforated cylinder (26) and an outer perforated cylinder (28) and an internally located back- washing arrangement (3). The back-washing arrangement (3) comprises: an elongated and hollow body (32) having a longitudinal extension, which is substantially parallel to the longitudinal extension of the filter element (2), a mechanism configured to drive said body (32) in a rotational and/or an axial movement, a plurality of nozzles (34) arranged in fluid communication with a cavity inside of said body (32), said plurality of nozzles (34) projecting laterally from said body (32) such that a distal end (36) of each of said plurality of nozzles (34) is arranged in close proximity to said inner perforated cylinder (26) and an outlet (320) arranged in fluid communication with said cavity of said elongated and hollow body and wherein said plurality of nozzles (34) are arranged parallel to each other along a straight line on said body (32) such that they all project in the same direction.
