A SELF-CLEANING FILTER FOR LIQUIDS
The invention relates to a self-cleaning filter (1) for liquids comprising a body (10) that includes a first chamber (20), with an inlet (14) for a liquid to be filtered, and a second chamber (30), with a liquid outlet (33), wherein the two chambers are substantially superimposed and communicating by means of a flat filter medium (40), wherein the first chamber (20) is in communication with a discharge passage (26) for elimination of unwanted material, said discharge passage being closed by a closing element (50) mounted rotatably in the first chamber (20), and wherein at least one scraper element (60) is connected to the closing element (50) and is in contact with the filter medium (40) so that, following rotation, said scraper element (60) can remove any accumulation of unwanted material that has deposited on the filter medium (40) and convey it toward the discharge passage (26).
FILTER ARRANGEMENT
A filtration unit (100) configured to remove microparticles from a water stream from at least one washing machine (WM) is provided. The filtration unit comprises an inlet (110) configured to deliver a water stream (WS) from at least one washing machine (WM), a water reservoir (120) configured to receive the water stream (WS) from the inlet (110), a separator module (130) fluidly connected to the water reservoir (120), wherein the separator module (130) is configured to separate microparticles (MP) from the water stream (WS) creating a filtered water stream (FWS), and an outlet (150) configured to allow the filtered water stream (FWS) to leave the filtration unit (100). A method for removing microparticles from a water stream is also provided.
Reciprocating lamination spiral solid-liquid separator
A reciprocating lamination spiral solid-liquid separator is provided, including: a support frame, a filter chamber, a spiral shaft and a driving device. The filter chamber is assembled with the support frame. The spiral shaft is mounted on the support frame and passes through the filter chamber. The driving device is mounted on the support frame. Two ends of the filter chamber respectively have a feed port and a discharge channel. The filter chamber includes a first closed movable ring-piece assembly and a second closed ring-piece assembly having a motion state that is inconsistent with that of the first closed movable ring-piece assembly. The first and second closed ring-piece assemblies are stacked alternately to form the filter chamber, and a gasket is disposed between two adjacent closed ring-pieces of one of the closed ring-piece assemblies.
Tableware washing apparatus and filtering device thereof
A filtering device and a tableware washing apparatus, the filtering device includes a rotary filter and a drive assembly. The rotary filter includes a columnar filtering screen configured to filter water from a washing process of the tableware washing apparatus; wherein a diameter of an external circle defined by each mesh of the columnar filtering screen is between 0.2 to 0.5 mm. The drive assembly is connected to the rotary filter and configured to drive the columnar filtering screen to rotate relative to contents within the columnar filtering screen at a relative speed of 100 to 1000 r/min, for separating at least a portion of residue on the columnar filtering screen from the columnar filtering screen.
Microplastic filter for washing machines or other appliances
A microplastic filter includes a housing including an inlet configured to receive water. The microplastic filter also includes a fine filter disposed to rotate within the housing and configured to filter residues from the water. The microplastic filter further includes an inside wiper disposed within the fine filter. The inside wiper includes a center post disposed along a rotational axis of the fine filter and a helical curved wall spirally extending between the center post and the fine filter, where the helical curved wall is configured to guide a portion of the water to backflow through the fine filter and force away at least some filtered residues from pores of the fine filter to prevent fouling or clogging of the fine filter. In addition, the microplastic filter includes an outside wiper spirally disposed around the fine filter and configured to dislodge other filtered residues from the fine filter as the fine filter rotates.
