PLANT TRICHOME FILTRATION AND CONCENTRATION
Trichomes, lupulins and other plant parts can be efficiently separated from plant biomass by continuous filtration. In some embodiments plant biomass is collected and combined with water to form a plant biomass mixture. The plant biomass mixture is passed through a filtration device in which the plant biomass mixture is continuously flowed through a filter material. The device includes a cleaning apparatus that cleans the filter material during the process. In some embodiments greater than 90% of the plant parts are collected from the starting plant biomass. The plant parts can be subsequently processed to obtain desired compounds. For example, trichomes can be separated from other plant biomass and subsequently processed to extract one or more cannabinoids or terpenes, such as THC and/or CBD.
Rotary screw blancher
A food processing apparatus includes a tank defining an inner compartment having an inlet end for receiving food product and an outlet end for discharging food product, an open-top screen mounted within the compartment and positioned relative to the tank in a first position, and a rotatable auger mounted such that at least a portion of the auger is within the screen for advancing food product within the tank from the inlet end of the tank toward the outlet end.
Device for treating a slurry by separating solids from liquids
A device includes a compartment for separating the solids and liquids. The compartment includes a base that is concavely curved according to a cylindrical portion having a transverse axis and is formed of a sieve, an idler roller mounted transversely on an arm, a drive which actuates the arm, and resilient means for adjusting the pressure exerted by the rollers. Both the contact interface between the sieve and the roller and the rotational interface between the roller and the arm are made of a non-metal material on at least one of the two contacting surfaces that form each of the interfaces, such that, there is no metal-on-metal contact between surfaces moving relative to one another at the interfaces.
DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR TISSUE PROCESSING
The present disclosure provides devices and methods for processing and harvesting adipose tissue. The present disclosure provides improved devices, systems, and methods for harvesting, processing, and filtering adipose tissue for autologous fat transfer procedures. The features of the devices and systems of the present disclosure increase efficiency and sterility of adipose tissue processing by reducing the need for users to interrupt the procedure to adjust some part of the system, such as unclogging filter pores or adjusting tubing.
IMPROVEMENTS MADE ON A MICRO FILTER DEVICE USED IN PLASTIC RECYCLING
The present invention relates to a filter device with enhancements to ensure the continuity of the function of the flexible scraper element (23), which separates plastic and waste (pollution, foreign matter) from each other, presses on the filtering element to be used in recycling systems for the recovery of plastic materials, to enable the scraper to sharpen itself, to prevent permanent damage on the filtering element (9) due to the melt pressure.
DEVICE FOR SEPARATING AND LIFTING SOLIDS FROM WASTE WATER
A device for separating and lifting solids from waste water has a stationary drum provided with a first filter screen and a screw conveyor. An auger shaft has a lower portion located inside the stationary drum, which is partially surrounded by a second filter screen. The lower portion is connected to a cleaning apparatus of the first filter screen formed by a plurality of comb-holder arms mounted on a cross shaped element. The comb-holder arms are integral at the opposite end to an anti-skid ring sliding in a sliding seat integral with the support frame. Each comb-holder arm has an elongated comb facing the first filter screen and in contact with it. The comb-holder arms are connected to the auger shaft by means of an epicyclic secondary gear.
NON-POWERED DRAIN PUMP SCREEN DEVICE
A non-powered drain pump screen device is disposed in a river, a stream, a waterway, or a place in which a significant amount soil is carried by a water flow. Upper and lower impellers are provided with upper and lower blades. The lower blades prevent reentry of impurities while rotating due to resistance to a flow of fluid in a non-powered manner. The upper impellers are rotated in a non-powered manner, so that the upper blades filter impurities. The non-powered drain pump screen device is disposed in a waterway to remove impurities at low maintenance costs.
PAPER PULP PRESSURE SCREEN
A paper pulp pressure apparatus includes a body casing having a pipe member and a leg member. The leg member extends diagonally from the pipe member. The pipe member includes an input end for receiving unfiltered fluid and an output end for outputting filtered fluid. The leg member includes a basket for receiving the unfiltered fluid from the input end. The basket includes a cavity which receives a rotor. The leg member includes a drain outlet which is in fluid communication with the cavity of the basket so as to receive contaminants from the unfiltered fluid unable to pass through a filtering media included in the basket.
Apparatus for separating and removing dust from exhaust gas
The present invention discloses an apparatus for separating and removing dust from exhaust gas, and specifically relates to the field of exhaust gas handling technologies. The apparatus includes a rack, where a dust removal cylinder is disposed on an upper portion of an inner side of the rack, a filter cylinder is detachably connected to a middle portion of a bottom end of the dust removal cylinder, a dust removal mechanism is disposed inside the dust removal cylinder, the dust removal mechanism includes a guide column, an upper end of the guide column is fixedly mounted in a middle portion of an upper end of the rack, several grooves are disposed on an outer side of the guide column, and the groove includes a lower portion.
Separation device and method to separate contaminants from contaminated water
The present disclosure relates to a separation device to separate contaminants from contaminated water. It comprises a container to receive the contaminated water. The container further comprises a contaminated water inlet, a filter, a presser for compressing and/or dewatering contaminants separated from the contaminated water, and a contaminant outlet. The container further comprises a gas inlet for generating gas bubbles into the contaminated water to further separate contaminants from the contaminated water. The present disclosure relates to a use of such a separation device and a method of separating contaminants from contaminated water.
