Wastewater treatment system outlet filter cleaner
The present development is a septic tank or wastewater treatment tank outlet filter cleaning device. More specifically, the device is an outlet filter cleaner for a slotted filter used to reduce solid waste transfer into a septic tank effluent. The device comprises a central shaft with at least one cleaning disc, wherein the cleaning disc comprises a body which is mounted on the shaft and wherein a plurality of fingers protrude from the body, preferably in locations substantially identical to the positions of the openings in the wall of the tube.
Filtration device
A filtration device including: a casing 1 having a fluid inlet 6, a fluid outlet 7, a raw fluid chamber 8, and a filtered-fluid chamber 9; a box-shaped or tube-shaped filter element 3 (3a, 3b) having a filter medium 31 removably installed inside the casing 1, allowing the fluid to pass through from inside to outside to filter the fluid, and having a backwashing mechanism inside thereof; and a backwash fluid discharge pipe 4 which discharges backwash fluid to the outside, wherein the backwashing mechanism has a fixed pipe 33 fixed to the inside of the filter element, a movable pipe 34 movably fitted to the outside of the fixed pipe, and a backwash head 35 attached to the movable pipe to backwash the filter medium, wherein the fixed pipe and the movable pipe movably guide the backwash head and form a discharge passage for backwash fluid.
Backflushing filter and filter insert for the same
A backflush filter for liquid media, having a filter housing formed by supporting cage(s) having at least two groups of apertures, and a filtering means supported on the supporting cage, the apertures of each group extend in parallel and are separated by ribs, and having a backflushing device arranged in the interior of the filter insert, is rotatable and has a slit, the backflushing device for flushing the filtering means via the slit and apertures, the direction of the backflushing device being reversible during the backflush cycle, the backflushing device having at least two separated flushing chambers having a corresponding slit, and also a hollow shaft, capable of limited rotary motion relative to the flushing chambers, which shaft having first and second radial outlets, the direction of the backflushing device being reversible during backflushing, and driving means for movement of the flushing chambers and the hollow shaft, are provided for both directions of motion.
Disk type filtering apparatus
A fluid filtering apparatus such as for filtering particulates and other materials from treated water includes a tank and a filtering region configured as a plurality of individual effluent regions, defined in part by channel frames, disposed between a plurality of influent regions interposed between the effluent regions. Filter plates having an opening therethrough covered by a filter media are removable receivable in the channel frames, such that filter media in filter plates in adjacent channel frames is in a facing, opposed, relationship. A double sided backwash shoe is scannable in the influent regions, to simultaneously clean opposed filter media exposed thereto. The backwash shoe is free to move inwardly and outwardly of the opposed filter media. Additionally, the tank may include a second filtering region, which is selectively isolatable from the first filtering region.
Filter Cloth Recovery Device and Copper Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Manufacturing System Using the Same
Provided are a filter cloth recovery device and a copper rod continuous casting and rolling manufacturing system using the same. This device includes a cleaning water tank, a winding mechanism and a cleaning mechanism provided on the cleaning water tank. The winding mechanism includes: a winding shaft provided on the cleaning water tank for winding a filter cloth after being cleaned; a first guiding roller for guiding a filter cloth to be cleaned into a cloth-transmitting path within the cleaning water tank; and a second guiding roller between the first guiding roller and the winding shaft along the cloth-transmitting path for providing a tension force to the filter cloth. One end of the winding shaft is connected with a driving mechanism. The cleaning mechanism is provided with multiple liquid spraying openings for spraying a cleaning fluid to the filter cloth located in the cloth-transmitting path during winding.

Additionally, the backwash shoe includes an end opening, positioned adjacent to the base of the tank, to remove sludge and particulates which have settled to the area near the base of the tank while backwashing a filter media.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING WATER AND WASTEWATER EMPLOYING A CLOTH FILTER
A backwash header for a cloth filter includes a body having a length, a diameter, first and second ends, a longitudinal axis, and an exterior surface, the body defining at least one internal cavity. The body includes at least one suction slot sized to allow fluids and solids to enter the internal cavity from outside of the exterior surface. A structure is attached to a portion of the exterior surface of the body around and extending away from the suction slot to form an open-ended chamber defined by the structure and a portion of the exterior surface near the suction slot. The structure allows fluids and solids to enter the open-ended chamber and then the suction slot and cavity from a material being cleaned. Cloth filters and methods of treating water and wastewater using the backwash headers and cloth filters.
Thin plate apparatus for removing debris from water
A product that is an apparatus for removing debris from water containing such debris using a perforated plate, a backer plate, and a skimmer, positioned adjacent the back of the perforated plate to provide a means of removing debris from the perforated plate without scraping the debris from the perforated plate, the skimmer bar and the backer plate being synchronized in their movement.
