Air dryer cartridge
The present disclosure relates to a drier cartridge that can improve the effect of cleaning compressed air by filtering out water, oil, and foreign substances, which are contained in compressed air, through several steps therein. In particular, when a narrow compressed air channel is formed between a cartridge body and a cartridge housing, a collision member that is a pre-filtering member that can primarily filter out oil, etc. is formed between the cartridge body and the housing, whereby it is possible to improve the performance of removing oil and water from a filter cartridge.

Compressor installation with a liquid-injected compressor device with a compressor element with an outlet pipe connected to an outlet of the compressor element, with a liquid separator in the outlet pipe which includes an inlet and an outlet for compressed gas and an outlet for separated liquid and with a dryer connected to the outlet pipe which uses a desiccant for drying compressed gas of the compressor device. The dryer is provided with a drying section and a regeneration section with an entry and an exit for regeneration gas. A regeneration pipe is connected to the entry and a heat exchanger is provided in the regeneration pipe with a primary section through which the regeneration gas is guided. A secondary section of the heat exchanger is mounted in the compressor device. The compressor installation is provided with means to regulate the amount of liquid injected in the compressor element.

A hydrogen gas supply apparatus includes a compressor configured to compress hydrogen gas and supply the compressed hydrogen gas toward a pressure accumulator which accumulates the hydrogen gas, a first adsorption column disposed between the discharge port of the compressor and the pressure accumulator and configured to include the first adsorbent for adsorbing impurities in the hydrogen gas discharged from the compressor, a first valve disposed between the discharge port of the compressor and the gas inlet port of the first adsorption column, a second valve disposed between the gas outlet port of the first adsorption column and the pressure accumulator, a return pipe configured to branch from between the first valve and the gas inlet port of the adsorption column and connect to the suction side of the compressor, and a second adsorption column disposed in the middle of the return pipe.

The present disclosure relates to a purge system for a vapor compression system, where the purge system includes an emission canister configured to receive a gas flow. The gas flow includes a mixture of non-condensable gases and refrigerant of the vapor compression system. An adsorbent material is disposed within the emission canister and configured to adsorb the refrigerant and enable the non-condensable gases to flow toward an exhaust of the emission canister, where the adsorbent material is a silica gel.

The gas stream exiting the condenser step may be further processed in one or more emission control devices, such as a single or multi-step series of concentrator devices, such as zeolite concentrator devices. One or more emission control operations can be carried out downstream of the single or multi-step concentrators. The aforementioned condensing process enables the one or more concentrators to operate in a favorable temperature range for removal of 99% or more of VOC, thereby meeting or exceeding strict environmental regulations.

Disclosed are techniques such as roll to roll processing to produce membrane valves in microelectromechanical systems that are integrated with micro-pumps that include a pump body having compartmentalized pump chambers. One application of this technology is as a valve assembly for a gas concentrator that includes a first micro pump for feeding an input gas stream, a second micro pump to supplying a vacuum and at least one sieve bed having a zeolite. The gas concentrator uses the valve assembly for controlling entry of gas from the first micro pump into the sieve bed and the second micro pump to vent.

A canister includes a main casing, a first port formed in a wall of the main casing, and a first adsorbent section within the main casing. The first adsorbent section and the wall of the main casing define a space section therebetween. The first adsorbent section includes a first adsorbent and a first retainer holding the first adsorbent. The canister also includes a first elastic element disposed in the space section. The first elastic element urges the first retainer to elastically hold the first adsorbent. In addition, the canister includes a subcasing integral to the wall of the main casing. The subcasing is positioned within the space section. Further, the canister includes a second adsorbent section in communication with the first port. The second adsorbent section includes a second adsorbent disposed within the subcasing. Still further, the canister includes a second retainer holding the second adsorbent.
