In some embodiments, the formulation comprises one or more of the following: benzalkonium chloride, zinc oxide, tributyl phosphate, soybean oil, and/or Triton X-100, or an analog, derivative, salt, or pharmaceutical equivalent thereof, with the formulation containing a predominance of water to prevent a greasy feel to the user.
