METHODS FOR AUGMENTED-REALITY SYSTEMS FOR ENABLING RAPID SELECTION OF VIRTUAL SELECTABLE FEATURES WITH LIMITED USER INTERACTION
Methods for an augmented-reality system for enabling rapid selection of a virtual feature with limited user interaction includes establishing a data connection between a head-mounted display device (HMD) and a network, and the HMD generating and displaying a virtual selectable feature based on detection of an item or characteristic appearing in a view of the real-world environment, as well as obtaining first information from a HMD sensor indicating a particular user interaction with the HMD, such as the user gazing at the feature for potential selection. The HMD then displays a countdown timer that operates over a predetermined time interval. If the HMD determines that the user interaction is continuous for that time interval; it transmits a request signal to a computer server offering content associated with the selected virtual feature; and displays virtual content, and/or executes a software program based on the received content from the computer server.
Agriculture Lien Management System
A processor implemented method for agricultural lien management includes setting up an electronic wallet interface in an agricultural lien management system for a user associating the user with a particular lien; receiving an agricultural delivery from the user at an agricultural facility; sending a notice from the agricultural lien management system to a lender that the user has delivered the agricultural product to the agricultural facility and the agricultural product is bound by the particular lien, the agricultural facility obligated to make a payment for the agricultural product; receiving a directive from the lender to distribute the payment between the user and the lender in response to the notice; and sending instructions from the agricultural lien management system to the electronic wallet interface on where to send the payment in response to the directive from the lender.
VEHICLE CONTROL DEVICE
A vehicle control device includes one or more processors. When a prespecified first requirement is met, the one or more processors activate engine start lock that prohibits starting of an engine of a vehicle. After activating the engine start lock, the one or more processors acquire a second request for deactivating the engine start lock from a user of the vehicle who is different from an owner of the vehicle. When the second request is acquired, the one or more processors determine whether to permit deactivation of the engine start lock based on a predetermined condition. When it is determined to permit deactivation of the engine start lock, the one or more processors deactivate the engine start lock.
COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FACILITATING LOAN RECONCILIATION OF ORGANIZATIONS
A computer-implemented system and method for facilitating loan reconciliation for multiple organizations is disclosed. The computer-implemented method includes receiving proof sheet templates, proof sheet rulebooks and proof sheet configurations of a loan settlement process from electronic devices, creating the proof sheets, and obtaining financial data defined in a rulebook. Further, the computer-implemented method includes creating a dynamic workbook, and loading workbook data as additional sheets. The computer-implemented method includes generating an interim fee for partners, detecting exceptions in the loan reconciliation, and outputting the generated interim fee, the created proof sheets and the detected exceptions on graphical user interface screen of the electronic devices. The computer-implemented system (i.e., a data loader subsystem and a data processing subsystem) is configured to be controlled through a no-code configuration interface for defining source criteria and dynamically generating rules associated with financial operations, without programming input.
Collections Autonomous Agent Swarm with Role Specific Personas
A debt management and collection system and process is disclosed which analyzes input data, including, debtor information, invoice details, payment histories, and interaction logs through a recording platform. A prompt generator guides an artificial intelligence (AI) engine by converting input data into prompts. The debt management and collection system and process feature a communication platform connecting an agent coordinator with multiple AI agents. The agent coordinator analyzes debtor profiles and collection stages to develop targeted strategies, then deploys the AI agents who engage with debtors using personalized approaches. The debt management and collection system and process continuously update an input database with new interaction data, including agent actions, debtor profiles, communication records, and payment statuses.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROPORTIONATE ALLOCATION
Systems and methods for proportionate allocation. The systems and methods include generating a pool table including pools. Each of the pools includes a set of records such as a loan identifier, account identifier, investor identifier, pool identifier, and amount identifier. For each of the pools, unallocated values are determined by summing each amount identifier within the pool having a null loan identifier and comparing the unallocated value against a pro rata threshold. If the unallocated value exceeds the pro rata threshold, the method includes generating, for each record, a credit pro rata value and allocating the credit pro rata value to each loan identifier within the pool. Otherwise, if the unallocated value is less than or equal to the pro rata threshold, the method includes generating, for each record, a debit pro rata value and allocating the debit pro rata value to each loan identifier value within the pool.
