MICRODROPLET/BUBBLE GENERATION DEVICE
20230142172 · 2023-05-11 · ·

A microdroplet/bubble-generating device comprising a slit and a row of a plurality of microflow paths is constructed, in such a manner that either a continuous phase or dispersion phase is supplied to the slit, and so that the end of the slit, the other supply port for the continuous phase or dispersion phase and the liquid recovery port are connected. The plurality of microflow paths each have a narrow part where the cross-sectional area of the flow channel is locally narrowed adjacent to or near the connection point between the slit and the microflow path. The continuous phase and dispersion phase that have met at the connection points flow into the narrow parts, and the dispersion phase is sheared at the narrow parts with the continuous phase flow as the driving force, forming droplets or gas bubbles of the dispersion phase. The product is recovered from the liquid recovery port.

Ultrafine bubble-containing liquid producing apparatus and ultrafine bubble-containing liquid producing method

The present invention provides an ultrafine bubble-containing liquid producing apparatus capable of reducing the possibility of intermitting supply of a UFB-containing liquid. An ultrafine bubble-containing liquid producing apparatus includes producing units that produce an ultrafine bubble-containing liquid containing ultrafine bubbles by using a liquid supplied from a liquid introducing unit and deliver the produced ultrafine bubble-containing liquid to a liquid delivering unit. The producing units include a plurality of ultrafine bubble generating units capable of operating independently. Each of the plurality of ultrafine bubble generating units is provided to be capable of independently switching between communicating with and being disconnected from the liquid introducing unit and the liquid delivering unit.

BUBBLE GENERATOR

The present invention is a novel bubble generator that can be used in many different industrial applications. The design of the bubble generator of the invention allows its user to selectively generate gas bubbles in a liquid having a wide range of diameters in the range from microns to millimeters simply by changing the ratio of the flow rate of the gas to that of the liquid. The bubbles are generated at low liquid and gas supply pressure values. The bubble generator of the invention is able to create an unstable liquid flow regime having large amplitudes and frequencies for liquid containing bubbles without the use of moving mechanical parts and drives.
