An apparatus for producing nano-bubbles in a volume of liquid is described. The apparatus includes a motor having a rotatable shaft, an axially rotatable permeable member couplable to a gas inlet, and a rotatable tube support coupled to the rotatable shaft of the motor and having an inner cavity that houses the axially rotatable permeable member. When rotated, the axially rotatable permeable member is rotated so that the surface velocity of the rotatable permeable member simulates axial turbulent flow above the turbulent threshold in the liquid that allows the liquid to shear gas from the outer surface of the axially rotatable permeable member, thereby forming nano-bubbles in the liquid.

Provided are an immediately-before-stirring-type fluid processing device and an immediately-before-stirring-type fluid processing method that can adjust or improve the final properties of a fluid to be processed that is introduced as a raw material into an annular flow channel of a microreactor employing the annular flow channel, which is formed between relatively rotating processing surfaces, as a flow channel in which fluid processing is performed. A fluid to be processed, which has been prepared in a fluid preparing system so as to be in an ideal state for reaction, is charged into a fluid processing device. The fluid processing device subjects the fluid to be processed to reaction processing in an annular flow channel, which is formed between two processing surfaces. A cylindrical stirring space is provided in the radially inner side of the annular flow channel, and a rotor and a screen are disposed inside the stirring space. Stirring energy is applied by the rotor and a shearing force is applied between the rotor and the screen to the fluid to be processed immediately before the fluid to be processed is introduced into the annular flow channel.

HIGH-GRAVITY DEVICE FOR GENERATING NANO/MICRON BUBBLES AND REACTION SYSTEM

The present application provides a high-gravity device for generating nano/micron bubble and a reaction system. In the device, the liquid phase is continuous phase and the gas phase is dispersed phase. A gas enters the interior of the device from a hollow shaft, and the gas is subjected to primary shearing under a shearing effect of aerating micropores to form bubbles; then, the bubbles rapidly disengage from the surface of a rotating shaft under the effect of the rotating shaft rotating at a high speed, and are subjected to secondary shearing under the high-gravity environment with the strong shearing force formed by the rotating shaft to form nano/micron bubbles. The device has the advantages of fastness, stability, and small average particle size. The average particle size of the formed nano/micron bubbles is between 800 nanometers and 50 microns, and the average particle size of the bubbles can be regulated in a range by adjusting the rotating speed of the rotating shaft.
