AERATING SYSTEMS, APPARATUSES, AND METHODS
An apparatus includes a body having a length extending from a first end to a second end. The body defines a bore extending through the entirety of the body and at least one of a plurality of grooves or holes around the bore. The body has a length that is dimensioned to be received entirely within a neck of a container.

GAS DISPENSING SYSTEM FOR A BEVERAGE MACHINE
A gas dispensing system for a beverage system is disclosed herein. The gas dispensing system can releasably secure a gas canister or other gas source for release of pressurized gas therein to the beverage system. In an embodiment, the gas dispensing system includes a distribution body that can articulate between a loading position and a dispensing position. In the loading position, a gas canister can be releasably secured within the system. As the distribution body is moved into the dispensing position, a puncture mechanism can be moved further into the distribution body, puncturing the gas canister for release of pressurized gas. The distribution body can be fluidically coupled with a valve or other flow control element of the beverage machine, allowing for controlled entry of the pressurized gas into the system.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MULTIPURPOSE WINE PREPARATION DEVICE
A system and method for a multipurpose wine preparation device to facilitate pouring a wine from a wine bottle is provided. The body of the multipurpose wine preparation device has an inlet portion and an outlet portion. The inlet portion is configured to slidably engage into an opening of the wine bottle. The inlet portion has an inlet channel that extends therethrough. The outlet portion is defined by a first outlet at a first outward orientation; a second outlet at a second outward orientation, wherein the second outward orientation opposes the first outward orientation; a first outlet channel extending from a proximal end of the outlet portion to the first outlet; and a second outlet channel extending from the proximal end of the outlet portion to the second outlet, wherein the first outlet channel and the second outlet channel are in fluid communication with the inlet channel of the inlet portion of the body. During a wine pour, the wine pours out of the first outlet from the first outlet channel when the first outward orientation is downward, and wherein a continuous flow of air enters into the second outlet channel from the second outlet when the second outward orientation is upward during the wine pour of the wine.

NITROGEN INFUSED SPARKLING WINE AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME
A carbon dioxide and nitrogen infused wine product includes wine infused with both carbon dioxide and nitrogen. A ratio of carbon dioxide to nitrogen in the wine can be in a range of 80% CO.sub.2/20% N.sub.2-60% CO.sub.2/40% N.sub.2.

PRESSURIZED GAS SUPPLY AND GAS CYLINDER
A gas source for pressuring sparkling and other beverage containers, e.g., to re-pressurize the container to keep a carbonation level of beverage during storage. A gas cylinder can include a cap with a flange and catch below the flange. The catch can be engaged by a cylinder support to move the cylinder into contact with a piercing element to pierce the gas outlet of the cylinder and form a seal between the cylinder and gas receiver. A pressure indicator can have a single pressure sensor to indicate a capacity of a gas cylinder to deliver pressurized gas and a pressure in a beverage container.
Expansion chamber for a wine bottle aerator
A hollow expansion chamber of the present invention is configured to temporarily contain an expansion of bubbles during an aeration process for aerating a liquid, where a chamber body of the expansion chamber has an oblate spheroid shape. When moving circumferentially downward along the chamber body starting from a maximum inside diameter, the oblate spheroidal shape of a bottom portion has a first integral transition that is a tangential transition to a first frustoconical shape. Continuing moving circumferentially downward, the first frustoconical shape has a second integral transition to a cylindrical extension. The cylindrical extension at a distal end has a bottom opening configured to fit within an opened bottleneck. The first frustoconical shape has a minimum angle of 15 degrees relative to a horizontal plane. The second integral transition is a radial second integral transition having an inside surface radius of at least 0.25 inches.
