Each of the plurality of ultrafine bubble generating units is provided to be capable of independently switching between communicating with and being disconnected from the liquid introducing unit and the liquid delivering unit.
ULTRAFINE BUBBLE-CONTAINING LIQUID PRODUCING APPARATUS AND ULTRAFINE BUBBLE-CONTAINING LIQUID PRODUCING METHOD
The apparatus includes: a producing unit that generates ultrafine bubbles in a liquid supplied from a liquid introducing unit to produce an ultrafine bubble-containing liquid containing the ultrafine bubbles, and delivers the ultrafine bubble-containing liquid; a liquid delivering unit that delivers the ultrafine bubble-containing liquid to an outside; a buffer tank that receives the liquid delivered from the producing unit and delivers the liquid to the liquid delivering unit; and a controller that controls the delivery of the ultrafine bubble-containing liquid from the buffer tank to the liquid delivering unit such that, if the producing unit stops operating, an ultrafine bubble-containing liquid accumulated in the buffer tank is delivered to the liquid delivering unit to enable the liquid delivering unit to deliver the ultrafine bubble-containing liquid to the outside.
SYSTEM FOR CREATING AN OXIDATION REDUCTION POTENTIAL (ORP) IN WATER WITH MULTI-PATH MANIFOLD FOR MIXING AND DISTRIBUTION
A system for creating an oxidation reduction potential (ORP) in water employs a manifold. The manifold includes an enclosure containing a plurality of fluid paths and having one or more ozone intake ports. The ozone intake ports are fluidically coupled to one or more ozone output ports of an ozone supply unit housed in a separate enclosure. A plurality of flow switches are disposed within the enclosure and configured to transmit control signals to one or more controllers of the ozone supply unit in response to sensing a flow of water through the fluid paths in order to cause the ozone supply unit to generate ozone. A plurality of fluid mixers are also disposed within the enclosure. The fluid mixers are fluidically coupled to the ozone intake ports and configured to introduce the ozone generated by the ozone supply unit into the water flowing through the fluid paths.
NANO-MICRO BUBBLE GENERATOR
Provided is a nano-micro bubble generator according to one aspect of the present invention, the nano-micro bubble generator including: a housing which a fluid flows into and out of; a plurality of rotors rotatably coupled to the inside of the housing; and a plurality of stators fixed to the inside of the housing and alternately arranged with the plurality of rotors, wherein at least one of the rotors and the stators has a mesh-like structure in which a plurality of flow passages of the fluid are arranged in a lattice form, and the rotors and the stators are arranged to be adjacent to each other so as to generate a collision, friction, and cavitation due to rotation of the rotors in the fluid flowing through the flow passages, thereby generating at least one of nano bubbles and micro bubbles in the fluid.
APPARATUS IN THE FORM OF A UNITARY, SINGLE-PIECE STRUCTURE CONFIGURED TO GENERATE AND MIX ULTRA-FINE GAS BUBBLES INTO A HIGH GAS CONCENTRATION AQUEOUS SOLUTION
A mixing apparatus for generating and mixing gas bubbles into an aqueous solution includes a structure defining an interior fluid-flow chamber that extends along a longitudinal axis between an input port at a liquid input end and an output port at a liquid output end. The structure includes a gas injection portion located upstream from the liquid output end and a mixing vane portion extending in the downstream direction from the gas injection portion. The gas injection portion defines a gas injection lumen and a first region of the interior fluid-flow chamber, while the mixing vane portion defines a second region of the interior fluid-flow chamber. The first region of the interior fluid-flow chamber includes a plurality of side fluid-path lumens that extend alongside a first part of the gas injection lumen. This first part of the gas injection lumen and the side fluid-path lumens merge with a downstream fluid-path lumen of the first region.
Micro-bubble generator
A micro-bubble generator is provided between an input end and an output end of a water outlet device. The micro-bubble generator includes a water inlet member and a water outlet member. A gas inlet gap is remained between the water inlet member and the water outlet member, with the gas inlet gap being communicated to external air, such that the external air is allowed to enter the micro-bubble generator for gas-liquid mixing and generate minute and dense bubbles.
