The present invention provides a fine bubble generating apparatus capable of generating fine bubbles efficiently. The present invention includes a fluid flow passage that includes a narrow portion in at least a part thereof, a heating part capable of heating a liquid flowing through the fluid flow passage, and a controlling unit that controls the heating part. The controlling unit controls the heating part to generate film boiling in the liquid to generate ultrafine bubbles.
FLUID SUPPLY DEVICE, INTERNAL STRUCTURE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A fluid supply pipe comprises a tubular body and an internal structure. The tubular body has an inlet through which a fluid flows in and an outlet through which the fluid flows out, and is of a hollow shape having an inner wall surface of a circular cross section. The internal structure is a prismatic shaft having a plurality of lateral faces configured to be housed in and fixed to the tubular body. A plurality of pillars are arranged in a mesh pattern on the lateral faces. A space formed between the plurality of pillars between the lateral faces of the internal structure and the inner wall surface of the tubular body serves as fluid flow paths, and the fluid is given a flow characteristic by passing through the flow paths between the plurality of pillars while the fluid is supplied from the inlet and flows out of the outlet.
ULTRAFINE BUBBLE GENERATING METHOD, ULTRAFINE BUBBLE-CONTAINING LIQUID MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND ULTRAFINE BUBBLE-CONTAINING LIQUID
Ultrafine bubbles with a diameter of less than 1.0 m are generated in liquid by causing film boiling in liquid by means of a heater.
MICROBUBBLE GENERATOR, WASHING MACHINE, AND HOME APPLIANCE
A microbubble generator is formed from at least two of a flow path constituting section that constitutes a flow path through which a liquid is passable, and a decompression member including a colliding section that is fitted into the flow path constituting section and locally reduces a cross-sectional area of the flow path to generate microbubbles in the liquid that passes through the flow path. This microbubble generator comprises includes an outlet connecting to a negative pressure producing section of the decompression member, an outside air introduction port provided in the flow path constituting section to introduce outside air, and an outside air introduction path communicating between the outside air introduction port and the outlet.
MICROBUBBLE GENERATING DEVICE
Provided is a microbubble generating device with a simple structure that can stably and continuously discharge microbubbles in larger volumes from a discharge section. The microbubble generating device is provided with: a liquid introduction section 2 for introducing a liquid L1 within a tank T; a gas introduction section 3a for introducing a gas; a pressure feed section 4 for pressure feeding a liquid fluid L2 fed via the liquid introduction section 2 and the gas fed via the gas introduction section 3a; a microbubble generating section 5 for generating microbubbles B in the liquid fluid L2 pressure fed by the pressure feed section 4 and discharging the liquid fluid to the liquid L1; and a discharge flow rate adjustment section 55 for adjusting the discharge volume of the liquid fluid L2.
Micro-bubble generator
A micro-bubble generator has an intake manifold, a casing threadingly connected to the intake manifold, a first air inlet channel defined between threads of the intake manifold and the casing, a booster located inside the casing and having a gap defined between the casing and the booster to form a second air inlet channel and to communicate with the first air inlet channel, a bubble generating tube located inside the casing and having a third air inlet channel defined between the end faces of the bubble generating tube and of the booster. The booster includes a first water inlet and a first water outlet having an inner diameter smaller than that of the first water inlet so that water velocity at the first water outlet is faster than that at the first water inlet, which forces ambient air to enter the bubble generating tube via air inlet channels and to be mixed with water in the bubble generating tube to generate bubbles. Bubbles are cut into micro-bubbles after passing through the cutter and exit the bubble exit.
COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING NANO-BUBBLES IN A LIQUID CARRIER
An apparatus for producing a composition that includes nano-bubbles dispersed in a liquid carrier includes: (a) an elongate housing comprising a first end and a second end, the housing defining a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet, and an interior cavity adapted for receiving the liquid carrier from a liquid source; and (b) a gas-permeable member at least partially disposed within the interior cavity of the housing. The gas-permeable member includes an open end adapted for receiving a pressurized gas from a gas source, a closed end, and a porous sidewall extending between the open and closed ends having a mean pore size no greater than 1.0 m. The gas-permeable member defines an inner surface, an outer surface, and a lumen. The housing and gas-permeable member are configured to form a composition that includes the liquid carrier and the nano-bubbles dispersed therein.
JET INJECTION DEVICE
A jet injection device that incorporates nanobubbles (ultrafine bubbles) in a mist includes: a two-fluid nozzle configured from a circular nozzle outer cylinder and an air connection tube integrally and perpendicularly connected to the nozzle outer cylinder; a nanobubble generation device that supplies the nozzle outer cylinder of the two-fluid nozzle with high-pressure nanobubble water; and a compressor that supplies the air connection tube of the two-fluid nozzle with high-pressure air. The gas-injected bubble water generated from the nanobubble generation device is pressure-fed to the nozzle outer cylinder of the two-fluid nozzle, and compressed air from the compressor is pressure-fed to the air connection tube of the two-fluid nozzle. In the two-fluid nozzle, the high-pressure gas-injected bubble water and the compressed air serve as a gas-liquid fluid mixture, and are injected at a high speed in mist form from a nozzle cylinder of the two-fluid nozzle.
