Method for increasing gas components in a fluid
10258952 · 2019-04-16 ·

An apparatus for increasing gas components in a fluid uses a controller connected to a network and client device for remote control of fluid flow rates, magnet field intensity, and pressure of fluid based on preset parameters. Conductive wire coiled around a magnet fluid treatment device generates a bidirectional magnetic flux to magnetically treat fluid in the conduit at an entry pressure. A variable frequency generator energizes the wire creating magnetic flux lines to pass through the fluid flow conduit. A gas injector receives fluid at the gas injector entry pressure and lowers the gas injector entry pressure of the fluid to a gas injector discharge pressure. A treatment chamber receives the fluid at a treatment chamber entry pressure and lowers the treatment chamber entry pressure to a treatment chamber discharge pressure. The apparatus causes absorption of increased gas component into the fluid by from 10% to at least 500%.

Ozone Concentrator

Systems and methods for dissolving ozone gas in a liquid. An embodiment can comprise a tank having an upper region, a lower region, and a discharge outlet, all disposed in a specified geometry. A pump can be coupled with a liquid inlet in order to receive a liquid therefrom and to deliver the liquid via a pipe to the upper region of the tank. The pump can be coupled with the lower region of the tank in order to receive the liquid from the tank and to recirculate the liquid to the upper region of the tank. The apparatus can include an ozone inlet to receive ozone into the tank. The ozone inlet can comprise a venturi inlet disposed on the pipe downstream of the pump. The liquid can be released from the tank and depressurized, thereby providing for the ozone to emerge from the liquid as gas bubbles. The released liquid can be selected for a two-stage gas and aqueous cleaning process.

The present technology presents an apparatus for cleaning the air and surfaces within an enclosed space of a viral, microbial, or malodor contamination. In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus includes: a container configured to contain a water and a solid or gel pack that releases the gaseous cleaning agent upon contact with the water; an aerator housed in the base of the container; an air distributor in the container configured to distribute air from the aerator into the container to cause agitation of the water and release of gaseous agent; and a lid on the container having an opening configured to accelerate an air-borne spray of gaseous agent and water droplets therethrough into the surroundings.

Powder transfer bags and rehydration system

A powder transfer bag includes a balloon or a membrane sealing its mouth. A connector to be used with the bags allows the bag to connect to a hydration device. A method of hydrating material in a powder transfer bag is provided.

MICRO-BUBBLE GENERATOR

A micro-bubble generator is provided between an input end and an output end of a water outlet device. The micro-bubble generator includes a water inlet member and a water outlet member. A gas inlet gap is remained between the water inlet member and the water outlet member, with the gas inlet gap being communicated to external air, such that the external air is allowed to enter the micro-bubble generator for gas-liquid mixing and generate minute and dense bubbles.

Hydrating and Dissolving Polymers

Polyacrylamides, guar gum (sometimes guar), xanthan gum, carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, and other water-soluble polymers are dissolved and hydrated in aqueous solutions, including especially recycled drilling, fracturing, and other oilfield fluids having significant salt contents, by passing the water-soluble polymer together with the aqueous medium to a cavitation device including an integrated disc pump. The integration of a disc pump with the cavitation device reduces the risk of gumming by applying a negative pressure at the feed point. The ability to use water-soluble polymers with the salty recycled oilfield fluids has significant environmental benefits, namely (1) fresh water is not needed, (2) disposal of the environmentally undesirable returned fluids is not needed, (3) difficultly degradable synthetic polymers may not be needed, and, in particular, (4) the enhanced ability to use guar, which, being a natural product, is biodegradable, is environmentally favored. Although the invention is most beneficial for use with salt or brackish water, its high efficiency points to beneficial use where fresh water is the only available choice for the aqueous medium. Where dry polymer is used, the invention's benefits are especially realized in terms of logistics and handling, since viscous and bulky solutions need not be prepared and stored in advance, thus also minimizing health, safety and environmental risks

DILUTION DEVICE FOR DISPENSING FLUID

A dilution device may include a first component and a second component. The first component may define a groove including an inlet portion and an outlet portion. The second component may define an inlet in fluid communication with the inlet portion of the first component and an outlet in fluid communication with the outlet portion of the first component. Relative rotation between the first component and the second component may cause relative movement between the outlet and the outlet portion that changes the effective length of the groove fluidly coupling the inlet and the outlet of the second component. The cross-sectional area of the groove may vary along a length of the groove to provide different flow characteristics depending on the effective length of the groove.
