Methods for Methane Purification
20180078895 · 2018-03-22 ·

Ancillary embodiments and modifications to a homogenizer unit (PPH), and methods of use directed to purification of biogas or other raw methane streams. The apparatus includes a homogenizer body, one or more stream inlets (for the raw methane), one or more chilled water inlets, a mixing zone where the water stream is commingled with the raw methane stream, and a venturi immediately downstream from the mixing zone such that the commingled streams are pulled into the venturi resulting in homogenization. The PPH components are insulated to maintain the chilled water of the various streams at a cooled, below ambient temperature, increasing dissolution of the contaminant gases into the chilled water, and producing a purified methane stream including little or no H.sub.2S and CO.sub.2.

EQUIPMENT AND PROCESS FOR LIQUID/GAS REACTION OR MIX
20180056250 · 2018-03-01 ·

The object of the invention is to achieve a more efficient and complete mix between a liquid and gas by means of a system comprising 4 components in order to carry out a reaction or mixing process that improves the contact, and as a result, the reaction or mixing between a liquid and a gas, followed by a recovery stage of the gas that does not react during the reaction or formation of said mixture. This gas is recycled to the reaction or mixing zone, permitting the improvement of the efficiency and the cost of the reaction or mixing process between the liquid and the gas.

AXIAL INFUSER ASSEMBLY
20180050937 · 2018-02-22 ·

An axial infuser assembly for use in a water treatment system is provided. The axial infuser assembly includes a first segment in fluid communication with a first inlet pipe. The first segment is further configured to receive a slurry flow. A second segment is in fluid communication with the first segment and is connected to an outlet pipe. The second segment receives the slurry flow from the first segment. A third segment is connected to the first and second segments and is also connected to a second inlet pipe. The third segment receives a motive flow. A jet assembly is in fluid communication with the third segment and conveys the motive flow in the third segment to the slurry flow. The motive flow exiting the jet assembly is configured to infuse with the slurry flow and further configured to urge the slurry flow into flowing raw, untreated water.

NANO BUBBLE AND HYDROXYL RADICAL GENERATOR (NBHRG) AND PROCESSING SYSTEM TO DECONTAMINATE WATER WITHOUT CHEMICALS USING NBHRG
20250002383 · 2025-01-02 ·

[Summary]

This invention is about Nano Bubble and Hydroxyl Radical Generator and has the following detail features; Air inlet part; Inlet pipe for inflowing liquid connected to the above air inlet part; Pump connected to the above inlet pipe; Drive motor connected to the above pump; Rotating blade connected to drive axis of the above drive motor; Fixed blade connected to inside wall of the above pump, and arranged between the above rotating blade; The above rotating blade, the fixed blade or cylindrical blade surfaces of both blades are slanted in a direction.

Therefore, this invention proposes Nano Bubble and Hydroxyl Radical Generator which increases dissolving rate of gas by accelerating finization and mix of air and liquid through inducing turbulence of air and liquid by way of constructing slant on surfaces of each blade.

Water Treatment Systems Using Ozone-Filled Nanobubbles
20250019280 · 2025-01-16 ·

Water treatment systems and methods are described herein for optimizing the formation and delivery of ozone-filled nanobubbles for disinfecting a volume of water. In an example system for treating water in a pool, such as a swimming pool, a control valve located downstream relative to a pool pump draws a select volume of water into through a circuit of elements including a pump assembly, a Venturi assembly for injecting a supply of ozone-rich gas into the water, a pressure vessel, and a nozzle assembly for generating a variable concentration of ozone-filled nanobubbles in the water. The ozone-filled nanobubbles in the pool water are stable, safe and odorless, and far more effective than chlorine or ozone alone. With the ozone-filled nanobubbles in the water column, the measurable concentration of dissolved ozone in the water is remarkably steady under a variety of operating conditions.

AN APPARATUS FOR MIXING GASES IN WATER IN THE FORM OF DISSOLVED GAS AND NANOBUBBLES
20240399321 · 2024-12-05 ·

A device for mixing gases in water in the form of dissolved gas and nanobubbles, comprising an external cylindrical housing; a convergent cone type diameter change; a central section of reduced section in a ratio of 1:4 with respect to the inlet and/or outlet sections; a hollow porous cylinder whose thickness is in a ratio of 1:7 with its outer diameter, on which a gas phase is injected through the outer cylindrical face to be mixed with a liquid phase passing through the area delimited by the inner cylindrical face through nanometer-sized pores; a divergent cone-type diameter change; an axially oriented central cylindrical insert in the artifact representing a 30% area restriction of the throat area; turbulence generators arranged in the throat area to generate a field of increased turbulent intensity for turbulent-type bubble breakup.

Channel mixing apparatus

A material distributing and mixing apparatus. A conduit having a fluid inlet and fluid outlet houses a mixing element The mixing element includes rectangular segments forming forward facing V-sections and rearward facing V-sections. The forward facing V-sections form vertical apexes that face an incoming fluid stream while additive inlet ports are positioned proximate thereto. The forward facing V-sections are positioned proximate to the top and bottom surfaces of the conduit while the rearward facing V-sections form apexes which are substantially horizontal, the rearward facing V-sections being positioned proximate the vertically extending side walls of the conduit.
