Method and Device for Conditioning Drilling Fluid
Method and device for conditioning of drilling fluid comprising supplying drilling fluid at high pressure to opposite placed inline directed high pressure nozzles arranged in fluid communication with a sealed spacing for shearing the supplied drilling fluid followed by additionally mixing by high velocity streams colliding, and discharging the conditioned drilling fluid through an outlet of the sealed spacing.
Utility cart with aqueous ozone solution faucet, flexible output line, and docking station for spray devices
A transportable system includes a utility cart with an aqueous ozone solution (AOS) supply unit mounted to the utility cart. The utility cart includes a base with wheels, vertical support members extending from the base, and an upper shelf supported by the vertical support members. The AOS supply unit includes an enclosure coupled to the utility cart between the base and the upper shelf, the enclosure including openings for a water inlet and an aqueous ozone solution outlet. The AOS supply unit further includes one or more ozone generators and a fluid mixer disposed within the enclosure. The fluid mixer is fluidically coupled to the one or more ozone generators and configured to inject ozone generated by the one or more ozone generators into water received from a water source via the water inlet to produce an aqueous ozone solution that is output via the aqueous ozone solution outlet.
FLOW CONTROL DEVICE
A flow control device comprising a body having an inlet in a first end thereof, an outlet in a second end thereof, and a passageway extending between the inlet and the outlet, the flow control device further comprising an injection assembly located at least partially within the passageway such that at least a portion of a fluid flowing through the device passes through the injection assembly, and wherein the flow control device further comprises a flow control portion adapted to control the proportion of the fluid that passes through the injection assembly in response to one or more parameters.
WATER PROCESSING APPARATUS
A water processing system is provided for processing or conditioning water to be distributed to a downstream function or system. The system includes a water processor with a conditioning element disposed inside a housing between an inlet and outlet of the housing. The conditioning element includes a series of plates having apertures with sharp edges to direct the flow of water and facilitate splitting of small gas bubbles into even smaller nano-bubbles. The plates may have different configurations of apertures. Optionally, a mixer injector introduces a gas, in the form of gas bubbles, into the water flow upstream of the water processor. The injector introduces additional gas volume in the form of relatively large bubbles, which are subsequently split into smaller bubbles (including nano-bubbles) in the water processor.
CONTAINED SINGLE-USE POWDER INDUCTION SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A system and method is configured for inducing powder for pharmaceutical production. The system is configured to inducing the powder in a powder container into a powder flow pathway toward a branched lumen, wherein the powder container is a single use closed container, and wherein an air inlet is coupled to the powder flow pathway downstream of the powder container and upstream of the branched lumen. The powder is induced into a recirculation flow pathway toward a mix tank, wherein a pump assembly is located in the recirculation flow pathway. The powder is recirculated in the recirculation flow pathway toward the mix tank having a controlled air flow rate and recirculation flow rate.
