Water treatment device
The water treatment device is an AOP (advanced oxidization process) apparatus that provides effective sanitation of pool water. The device includes couplings that can adapt to fit various standard pool equipment. Inside the reaction chamber of the main body, there are a nozzle and a metal catalyst. The nozzle creates water jet impinging the metal catalyst, which subsequently creates bubbles. Being entrained in the water, the bubbles substantially collapse and create high temperature and pressure changes. These changes cause water to go through chemical dissociation, thus creating hydroxyl radicals, a highly reactive oxidizer. In a fast rate, the hydroxyls attach to and destroy organic contaminants in the water. The metal catalyst remains chemically unchanged. The apparatus has a long service life and substantially reduces the use of chemicals in a pool.
NOZZLE AND A SUBSTRATE CLEANING DEVICE
A nozzle for generating fine bubbles, the nozzle including: a hollow housing; and a plurality of plates provided in the housing and partitioning the housing into a plurality of spaces, wherein an upper face or a side face of the housing is provided with an inflow port into which a gas-dissolved liquid flows and which communicates with an uppermost space of the spaces partitioned by the plate, each of the plates is provided with a plurality of through-holes, and a lower face of the housing is provided with a slit communicating with a lowermost space of the spaces partitioned by the plate.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR PREPARING A SLURRY AND COATING A SUBSTRATE WITH A SLURRY
Devices and methods for preparing a slurry for coating onto a substrate. The devices and methods of the present disclosure relate to providing a slurry in a closed volume with at least one passage. The slurry includes a solvent, a powder, and a binder. The slurry can also include a dispersion agent. The slurry is forced repeatedly under high pressure through the at least one passage in a first flow direction and then back through the at least one passage in a second flow direction, opposite the first flow direction. The forcing homogenously disperses the powder and the binder within the solvent. Both sides of the substrate are then coated simultaneously with the slurry extruded from the closed volume after the forcing. Curing of the coated slurry includes freeze drying to preserve the porosity of the slurry on the substrate.
Exhaust treatment device
An exhaust treatment arrangement includes a mixing assembly disposed between first and second substrates; and an injection mounting location disposed at the mixing assembly. The mixing assembly includes a mixing arrangement configured to direct exhaust flow exiting the first substrate in a swirling configuration, a restricting member defining a restricted passage, and optionally a dispersing member configured to even out the exhaust flow.
MIXING DEVICE FOR MIXING A SPRAY FROM AN INJECTOR INTO A GAS AND SYSTEM COMPRISING SAME
A mixing device includes a mixing cavity having a partially open wall and a closed wall. In certain examples, the partially open wall and the closed wall are two separately formed pieces. A downstream side of the mixing device is shaped so as to define a helicoidal groove for circumferentially guiding gas from an outlet opening of the mixing cavity in a downstream direction. An injector sprays reactant into the mixing cavity.
Micro-bubble generator
A micro-bubble generator is provided between an input end and an output end of a water outlet device. The micro-bubble generator includes a water inlet member and a water outlet member. A gas inlet gap is remained between the water inlet member and the water outlet member, with the gas inlet gap being communicated to external air, such that the external air is allowed to enter the micro-bubble generator for gas-liquid mixing and generate minute and dense bubbles.
Pipe Assembly with Static Mixer and Flow Conditioner
A device to be installed in a pipeline, characterized by at least one static mixer and at least one pre-mixer arranged in a sleeve, wherein said at least one static mixer is characterized by: a body having a plurality of slots through the body, said slots having one or more sides that are angled with respect to an axis passing through a center of the body; a plurality of arms extending from an outer edge of the body towards a center of the body, wherein the plurality of slots comprising at least one concentric ring of slots.
MICROBUBBLE GENERATOR AND LAUNDRY TREATING DEVICE
A microbubble generator and a laundry treating device. The microbubble generator includes: an air dissolving tank, having an air dissolving cavity defined therein, and an inlet and an outlet configured to feed and discharge water, the inlet being located above the outlet, the inlet and the outlet being staggered in a horizontal direction; and a cavitator, provided outside the air dissolving tank and connected with the outlet, or provided at the outlet.
Dispenser for beverage bottle
A dispenser for dispensing a beverage from a beverage bottle, especially for dispensing wine from a wine bottle and facilitating the aeration of the dispensed wine while it is being poured to shorten the time normally devoted to breathing the wine. An open lesser end of the dispenser inserts into the neck of a wine bottle and preferably seals therein. A valve may be closed to temporarily preserve the wine in the bottle for later aeration while dispensing.
CHEMISTRY DISPENSING ASSEMBLY FOR A LAUNDRY APPLIANCE
A chemistry dispensing assembly for a laundry appliance includes a reservoir that dispenses a laundry chemistry to a treatment chamber. A mixing channel is positioned below the reservoir that receives the laundry chemistry dispensed from the reservoir. A fluid assembly delivers a fluid carrier through a flow path that includes the mixing channel. The mixing channel is defined between an underside of the reservoir and an upper surface of the mixing channel.
