PADDLE AGITATOR
An agitator assembly for mixing a product in a container is provided; the assembly may include a shaft having a distal end and an opposite proximal end. An agitator head may be attached to the distal end of the shaft. The agitator head may include a plurality of paddles extending from a base, wherein at least one of the paddles is made from a flexible material. The agitator head may include four paddles, wherein a first paddle and a second paddle may be generally aligned along a first plane, and a third paddle and a fourth paddle may be generally aligned along a second plane. The first plane may be generally perpendicular to the second plane. The first paddle and the second paddle may include a shape that is generally smaller relative to a shape of the third paddle and the fourth paddle.
AGITATOR
An agitator according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes: an agitation tank; a rotation axis that is installed to rotate within the agitation tank; a first wing portion that is connected to the rotation axis and includes a plurality of wings parallel to the rotation axis; and a second wing portion that is connected to the rotation axis and includes a band-shaped wing forming a screw thread along the rotation axis.
LIQUID DISPERSING DEVICE AND LIQUID DISPERSING APPARATUS USING SAME
A liquid dispersion device of the present invention includes at least one liquid flow member attachable to a rotary shaft. The liquid flow member includes at least one tubular suction portion extending along the rotary shaft and including a suction port at a lower end thereof, and at least one ejection portion extending in a direction inclined with respect to the suction portion and having one end that is in communication with an upper end of the suction portion and the other end that includes an ejection port. An angle .sub.2 between a horizontal direction and an axial direction of the ejection portion at an opening surface of the ejection port is 90.sub.220 with respect to the horizontal direction.
MECHANICAL DOUGH RISING MACHINE
Disclosed is a mechanical dough riser using a special mixing method under high pressure. The mechanical dough riser provides rise in a few minutes for the dough obtained from all kinds of flour types, low or gluten-free flours, all kinds of legumes and vegetable purees. It allows the dough embossing process to be carried out without the need for any chemical and riser support.
