Mixing apparatus and system
Provided is a mixing apparatus. The mixing apparatus comprises a housing defining a primary chamber, an inlet for receiving material into the mixing apparatus, as well as an outlet for discharging material from the mixing apparatus. The housing provides within the primary chamber a plurality of rotating shafts, each rotating shaft having a plurality of flailing fixtures associated therewith.
Fluid Mixing Systems with Modular Impellers and Related Methods
A mixing system for mixing a liquid includes a first impeller segment having a first mount and a first mixing blade secured to the first mount and a second impeller segment having a second mount and a first mixing blade secured to the second mount, the second impeller segment being separate and discrete from the first impeller segment. One or more drive members are secured to the first impeller segment and the second impeller segment for concurrently rotating the first impeller segment and the second impeller segment about a rotational axis. The first impeller segment and the second impeller segment are secured to the one or more drive members so that a plane extending normal to the axis of rotation intersects with the first mixing blade of the first impeller segment and the first mixing blade of the second impeller segment.
ROTATING PROPELLER
Disclosed is a rotating propeller (1), comprising a rotating shaft (2), a hub (3), and a plurality of blades (4). The rotating shaft (2) is connected to the hub (3). The plurality of the blades (4) are circumferentially and uniformly arranged by taking the axis line (201) of the rotating shaft (2) as a center. All of the blades (4) are rotatably connected to the hub (3) and can rotate along axes of rotary shafts (401) corresponding to the blades (4). All of the axes of the rotary shafts (401) do not pass through the axis line (201) of the rotating shaft (2).
Method for granulating or agglomerating and tool therefor
The present invention relates to a granulating and/or agglomerating tool for a granulating and/or agglomerating device with a fastening shaft and a substantially disk-shaped element with a diameter d which is fastened thereto and has an upper surface, a lower surface and a circumferential surface connecting the upper and the lower surface. In order to provide a granulating and/or agglomerating tool for a granulating and/or agglomerating device and a corresponding granulating and/or agglomerating device and a method for granulating or agglomerating with which the desired granulating or agglomerating result can be obtained very much faster and above all with a significantly finer granulated material with a significantly higher yield in the range of from 0.1 to 0.8 mm, it is proposed according to the invention that the circumferential surface exhibits a plurality of essentially V-shaped grooves running parallel to the axis of the shaft.
PADDLE MIXER
A paddle mixer for evenly and efficiently mixing a volume of aggregate with minimal spillage is described. The paddle mixer includes a first portion, a second portion, a first paddle, and a second paddle. The paddle mixer may include a means for adjustably fixing the first portion to the second portion. The first paddle and the second paddle are arranged on the first portion and the second portion, respectively, such that the first paddle and the second paddle are perpendicular to each other, promoting mixing of the volume of aggregate with a whirlpool effect allowing mixing with minimal spillage. The first paddle and the second paddle may also be arranged perpendicular to each other by the means for adjustably fixing the first portion and the second portion.
Continuous mixing apparatus, system, and continuous mixing method for powder/granular material and viscous liquid
A continuous mixing apparatus for a powder/granular material and a viscous liquid, with a mixing cylinder, a shaft member which is on a central axis of the mixing cylinder and rotates inside the mixing cylinder, and a plurality of mixing paddles disposed on a surface of the shaft member, wherein the mixing cylinder is with a powder/granular material feed port on one end portion, a mixed material discharge port on the other end portion, and a viscous liquid injection unit between the powder/granular material feed port and the mixed material discharge port, and the plurality of mixing paddles are disposed on the shaft member so as to form a spiral around the central axis, the plurality of mixing paddles being, in at least a portion between the viscous liquid injection unit and the mixed material discharge port, attached to provide first rows having an attachment angle of 5 to 60.
Method for treating animal waste
Methods and apparatus for the treatment of animal waste are disclosed, together with a treated animal waste and fertilizer and growth media products derived therefrom.
PROCESS FOR CONNECTING FUNCTIONAL ELEMENTS TO A SHAFT
A method for connecting functional elements (14) to a shaft (10, having the following steps: (a) forming elevations (12) for receiving the functional elements (14), said elevations (12) being machined out of the shaft (10) by removing material, and (b) welding the functional elements (14) to the elevations (12) on the shaft (10).
METHOD FOR PREPARING CATHODE ACTIVE MATERIAL FOR SECONDARY BATTERY AND APPARATUS FOR PREPARING CATHODE ACTIVE MATERIAL FOR SECONDARY BATTERY
A positive active material manufacturing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a step of preparing a lithium-containing compound; a step of manufacturing a coating liquid including at least one coating element; a step of mixing the lithium-containing compound and the coating liquid to form a coating mixture of a clay or slurry state; and a step of agitating the coating mixture. Further, a manufacturing apparatus of a positive active material according to an exemplary embodiment includes a rotation container, a cover, a nozzle, and an agitation wing.
