Chemical Mixer Tool for Use in a Storage Drum
A chemical mixer tool for use in a storage drum is described. The chemical mixer tool typically comprises a mixer housing assembly in which one end of a mixer shaft is secured, the distal end of the mixer shaft having at least one collapsible impeller assembly removably attached thereon. The chemical mixer tool is configured to be removably secured to the top portion of the storage drum, with the distal end of the mixing shaft extending into the interior of the storage drum.
NANOBUBBLE GENERATION SYSTEM USING FRICTION
The present disclosure relates to a nanobubble generation system using friction in which a frictional force is applied to bubbles included in a gas-liquid mixed fluid so that the atomization of the bubbles is induced and nanobubbles are generated. The nanobubble generation system includes: a chamber including an inlet, an outlet, and an internal space S configured to atomize bubbles included in a gas-liquid mixed fluid; one or more strikers each including a plurality of protrusions provided on a body thereof to simultaneously apply impact to the gas-liquid mixed fluid that flows into the chamber and swirl the fluid in order to cause the gas-liquid mixed fluid to rub against an inner wall of the chamber, the strikers being provided on the driving shaft; a plurality of friction elements provided on the driving shaft in order to apply frictional force to the gas-liquid mixed fluid; and a driving mechanism including the driving shaft and configured to rotate the striker and the friction elements, wherein the friction elements are arranged on the driving shaft to be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval, and peripheral surfaces of bodies of the friction elements directly face the inner wall of the chamber with a predetermined distance therebetween.
Impeller including one or more turbulators, for a bioreactor system
An impeller, for example, a Rushton impeller for a bioreactor system is disclosed. The impeller includes a hub, optionally including a slot, a plurality of blades, and one or more turbulators. The plurality of blades is disposed along a circumferential direction of the hub and spaced apart from each other. Each of the plurality of blades is coupled to at least a portion of a circumference and/or a top surface of the hub. Each blade of the plurality of blades includes a pressure face and a suction face. The one or more turbulators is disposed on at least a portion of the suction face, the pressure face, or both, of a blade of the plurality of blades.

FEEDING DEVICE WITH STIRRING MECHANISM
A feeding device with a stirring mechanism includes a device body and a nautilus-shaped turning wheel. The device body includes a base and a storage barrel disposed above the base. A bottom of the storage barrel includes an opening. The nautilus-shaped turning wheel is pivoted on the base and accommodated in the opening. The axial direction of the opening is perpendicular to the axial direction of the nautilus-shaped turning wheel. An outer periphery of the nautilus-shaped turning wheel includes a spiral arc edge with a thickness gradually decreased along a rotating direction and a stepped wall formed between two ends of the spiral arc edge. Therefore, the feeding device has the function of stirring the feed and removing the jamming.
Drip irrigation treatment device for recharging domestic sewage into farmland
A drip irrigation treatment device, which comprises a water storage tank, wherein a partition plate is arranged in the water storage tank and divides the interior of the water storage tank into a conveying cavity and a purifying cavity, one side of the conveying cavity and one side of the purifying cavity are jointly connected with a first water conveying mechanism, a protection box is arranged on one side of the water storage tank, a filter box is arranged in the protection box, one side of the upper end of the protection box is connected with a sewage conveying pipe, the lower end of the sewage conveying pipe corresponds to the filter box, a filtering mechanism is arranged in the filter box, a buffer moving mechanism is arranged on the periphery of the filter box, and a rotating mechanism is arranged on one side in the protection box.
Reaction apparatus and method
Provided are an apparatus and a method for reaction for use in a co-precipitation reaction for preparing a catalyst or a cathode active material for a lithium secondary battery, which injects a raw material (a solution) at least between impellers according to the solution level in a vessel, thereby making a stirring speed uniform and, in particular, minimizing a concentration difference between solutions. The apparatus for the reaction may comprise: a reaction vessel; a stirring means provided inside the reaction vessel and having multistage impellers; and a raw material injecting means, comprising at least one injection nozzle connected to the reaction vessel, for injecting a raw material at least between impellers.

Thermoplastic extrusion melting kettle
A melting kettle for processing of thermoplastic material. The kettle disclosed herein obtains heat transfer by use of an oil jacketed tank with an adjoining main tank for storage of hot oil and a hose tank for recovery of the hot oil. Oil expelled from the oil jacket is directed to the main tank through an opening. Spillage of oil from the hose tank is directed to the main tank through an aperture. The melting kettle reduces the space needed for oil storage, and increases operator safety by eliminating additional transfer lines. Dual kettles benefit by having the adjoining main tank placed therebetween.
