CAPSULE-BASED FOOD PRODUCT BLENDING AND DISPENSING SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A sealed capsule for blending and dispensing an initially solid food product holds a blending component with embedded food product. Actuating the blending component through an electronic control system causes the food product to be blended within the capsule. One or more feedback control mechanisms are used to guarantee a desired consistency of the blended food product. Provided are structural features of the capsule, and methods of using its contents to blend and dispense soft-serve products.
Food material powder supply device
A food material powder supply device 1 of the disclosure includes a supply tank 50 that temporarily stores food material powder in a tank 50A and supplies the food material powder to a processing container 2A of a food processing machine 2, a vacuum device 70 that reduces the pressure inside the supply tank 50 with vacuum pumps 71A and 71B, and a control device 3 that operates the vacuum device 70 to reduce the internal pressure of the supply tank 50 to be equal to or lower than a predetermined atmospheric pressure at which moisture of the food material powder is evaporated and cools the food material powder in the supply tank 50. A stirring member 54 which is driven to rotate during the cooling of the food material powder is arranged inside the tank 50A.
Laser clad cutting edge for agricultural cutting components
An agricultural cutting blade has top and bottom surfaces and mounting apertures extending through top and bottom surfaces. A cutting edge support surface (e.g. that may be a flat, pointed or rounded) is formed on the cutting blade body with the cutting edge support extending along a side of the cutting blade body transversely between the top and bottom surfaces. A clad material deposited upon the cutting edge support such as by laser cladding process. The clad material can be built up, that is layered in partial or full overlapping relation to provide at least 2 and often more than 4 layers of clad material at one or more locations. A cutting edge provided by the clad material that may be a ground surface into a laser clad bead.
Bioreactor system and method
The present invention is a composting bioreactor system that continually receives biodegradable solid wastes, waste waters and exhaust gases, automatically recycles the biodegradable wastes into nutrients and heat energy, and automatically supplies the nutrients and heat into an integrated hydroponic or aquaponic system. This invention together with integrated food growing system may be installed onsite such as balconies, backyards and premises of restaurants and food factories etc. therefore may lead to zero mileage targets both for recycling wastes and for supplying foods. This invention integrates composting process and aquaponic technology together and may establish a closed-loop recirculation of both water and gases therefore upgrades aquaponics into compoponics. A compoponic system has both soil and soilless growing beds and mimics nature recirculating nutrients, carbon and energy among human being, animals, microorganisms and plants by way of photosynthesis, slow burning by cellular respiration and burning by combustion.
Microwavable Mixing Container
A microwavable container for use in a microwave oven that includes provisions to stir or mix food during microwave cooking. This mixing action is achieved by utilizing the motor of the microwave oven. Such mixing provides more even heating of food, and reduces the need to stop the microwave oven to manually stir food.
Frosty swirl machine
A frosty swirl machine includes a housing, a funnel, an auger for swirling ice-cream with other additives to become a mixture, and a protective cap. The protective cap has a passage opening movably mounted at a mixture outlet of the funnel, in such a manner that the protective cap is capable of moving between a opened position and a closed position, wherein in the opened position, the protective cap is moved to align the passage opening with the mixture outlet of the funnel so as to allow the mixture to pour out of the funnel through the mixture outlet and the passage opening, wherein in the closed position, the protective cap is moved to block the mixture outlet so as to prevent the mixture from being poured out of the funnel.
HIGH-CONCENTRATION MIXER FOR PRODUCING A CELLULOSE SUSPENSION HAVING A HIGH CELLULOSE CONCENTRATION
The invention relates to a high-concentration mixer (1) for producing a suspension (2), comprising a stationary container (3) and an agitator (8) arranged in the container axis (7), which agitator is connected to a motor via a flange (9) provided in the region of the container bottom (4), which motor is designed for rotationally driving the agitator (8) for mixing the suspension (2) provided in the container (3), wherein the agitator (8) has helical coils (11) which bring about a vertical downward flow (12) of the suspension (2) in the centre of the container (3) and a vertical upward flow (13) of the suspension (2) in the region of the container wall, wherein the flange (9) comprises at least one blade (15) provided on its circumference, which is designed for wiping the suspension (2) from the container (3) and for supporting the vertical upward flow (13) of the suspension (2) in the region of the container wall.
Mixing Wagon
The invention provides a mixer feeder (1) comprising a mobile chassis (3), a tub (4) provided on the chassis (3) and at least one auger provided for rotation about a respective vertical axis of rotation. in the tub (4). Seen in vertical cross-section, the wall (12) of the tub (4) extends at least substantially upright from the bottom (6) of the tub (4). The wall (12) of the tub (4) curves inward at the upper side of the tub (4), sloping up and then extending downward.
MAGNET DEVICE FOR A FEED MIXING WAGON OR A STATIONARY FEED MIXER
A magnet device for a feed mixing wagon including at least one magnet and a separator. The separator and the at least one magnet are arranged so that they can move relative to one another in order to be brought from a first operating position into a second operating position. The separator is arranged in the first operating position relative to the at least one magnet in such a way that the separator shields the at least one magnet, so that metal parts to be separated from feed are pulled onto the separator by the magnet and held thereon. The separator is spaced further apart from the at least one magnet in the second operating position than in the first operating position.
Feed-mixing wagon and method for replacing a covering of a feed-mixing wagon
A feed-mixing wagon includes a container for receiving feed. The container includes a bottom, and a peripheral wall which is closed off at a bottom end by the bottom. A mixing element is provided for mixing the feed to be accommodated in the container. The peripheral wall is provided with a wall covering which extends at least along a bottom, ring-shaped part of the inner surface of the peripheral wall. The wall covering includes a plurality of wall plate parts with upwardly extending side edges. Two adjoining side edges of at least two respective adjoining wall plate parts are clamped to the inner surface of the peripheral wall by clamping strips which overlap these adjoining side edges and which are attached to the peripheral wall of the container by means of detachable fasteners.
