20210106179 · 2021-04-15 ·

A handheld mixing vessel, with removable lid, operatively containing a whisk and infuser enclosed system and a strainer to keep contents from flowing through the mouth opening at the top of the bottle. A hollow agitator positioned operatively near the top of the bottle and sits near the bottom of the bottle and thereby mixes fluid contained within the vessel, infuses fluid in the vessel and strains contents as they are poured out. An embodiment wherein a hand shaken motion will allow the whisk to mix and combine contents inside the structure. The enclosed feature of the mixing component allows for other uses such as but not limited to infusing tea, fruit, ice or other contents. The structure is also easy to clean and not mechanically complex. While also demonstrating the benefits of less noise created by no contact with the walls of the mixing structure and thus, avoiding the possibility of breakdown, scratching or other damage internally from contact.

A modular flow monitoring package (MFMP) is provided for use in an additive delivery system. The MFMP may be manufactured as an add-on to be added to an existing additive delivery system, or may be incorporated into a cartridge or container structure. The MFMP includes a flow sensor for sensing flow of a base fluid and user actuator position sensors for sensing the position of one or more user actuated additive flow adjustment levers. A visual display, which may comprise an array of multi-color LED's may convey information to a user that is relevant to a user's use of the additive delivery system or the user's nutritional needs. Such information may include a current dosage of additive, being delivered, whether a recommended dosage of additive has been consumed, remaining life of a cartridge or supply of additive, and other data relative to health or performance monitoring.

Portable system for dispensing controlled quantities of additives into a beverage

A portable, self-contained beverage apparatus includes a container assembly having a known storage capacity for storing a consumable liquid, and a dispensing assembly disposed within the container assembly that dispenses variable, non-zero quantities of additives into the consumable liquid. The dispensing assembly includes multiple apertures structured and arranged to retain vessels containing the additives to be dispensed into the consumable liquid. The beverage apparatus also includes a level sensor disposed within the container assembly that determines a consumable liquid level of the consumable liquid stored in the container assembly. In certain embodiments, one or more positive displacement pumping mechanisms are configured to pump additive liquid from additive containers into a beverage chamber.

IMPROVED PACKAGING FOR NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER

The invention of the present disclosure is that of functional packaging systems useful for reducing the separation of solid and liquid constituents of its contents. The invention is particularly useful for preventing the undesirable separation of solid and oil phases of food products such as natural peanut butter that is manufactured without the use of undesirable additives such as hydrogenated vegetable oils, lecithin, monoglycerides, diglycerides and other substances that slow separation of the solid and oil phases from one another. In one embodiment, the invention comprises a container with a rotating base which when rotated actuates the agitation of the product contained within, as a result of the concurrent rotation of one or more axes configured with an agitator or equivalent means of stirring or mixing the contents. The invention is further provided with hermetic sealing means and the like to ensure food safety.
