Compartmentalized container for mixing vessel
12168556 · 2024-12-17 · ·

A drinking container has a lid that attaches to a vessel. The lid has a sidewall that forms a chamber with an opening. A spring-loaded door is pivotable between a closed position that seals the chamber opening from the vessel and an open position that allows transfer of fluid or solids between the chamber and the vessel. A lever has a catch that engages and holds the door in the closed position unless the lever is actuated by the user. The lever can be actuated by the user through an area on the lid that allows operation of the lever from the exterior of the container. The drinking container may include additional chambers with corresponding spring-loaded doors that are released through an area on the lid.

Multi-chamber container and methods

Methods and systems are provided for a multi-chambered container. In one example, a container comprising a first chamber is positioned between a liquid chamber and a second chamber, a first seal is positioned between the first chamber and the liquid chamber, and a second seal is positioned between the second chamber and the first chamber. By rotating a first external ring of the container that is positioned between the liquid chamber and the first chamber of the container a first liquid tight seal is opened to enable communication between the liquid chamber and the first chamber. The first external ring may be positioned at a first end of the liquid chamber that is opposite a second end of the liquid chamber that includes a drinking opening.

Beverage container lid and beverage container using same

A lid usable with a beverage container and a refillable reservoir positioned within the container. The lid has a mixing chamber, an additive passageway extending between the mixing chamber and the reservoir, and a beverage passageway extending between the mixing chamber and the container. A slider gate is movable between a first position closing communication between the additive passageway and the mixing chamber, but providing communication between the beverage passageway and the mixing chamber, a second position providing communication between the additive passageway and the mixing chamber, and between the beverage passageway and the mixing chamber, and a third position providing communication between the additive passageway and the mixing chamber, but closing communication between the beverage passageway and the mixing chamber. The second position comprises a plurality of selectable second gate positions, with each providing a different ratio of the permitted flow of additive and beverage to the mixing chamber.

Fluid mixing device
12161835 · 2024-12-10 ·

A fluid mixing device includes inlet ports in fluid communication with respective source containers, an inlet check valve, a mixing container in fluid communication with the inlet check valve, a discharge port in fluid communication with a target container, and a discharge check valve in fluid communication with the mixing container and the discharge port. Responsive to a negative pressure at the mixing container, fluid is drawn from the respective source containers through the inlet ports and through the inlet check valve and into the mixing container, while the discharge check valve precludes drawing of fluid from the target container. Responsive to a positive pressure at the mixing container, fluid is expelled from the mixing container through the discharge check valve and into the target container, while the inlet check valve precludes discharge of fluid from the mixing container to the inlet ports and the source containers.

Container and dispenser for viscous materials

A container for two or more viscous materials is provided that contains a reservoir, one or more mixing tube(s) and frame or shield, with one or more apertures arranged within the mixing tube. The container can include a frame and a first and second polymeric film joined to a first and, respectively second surface of the frame by one or more adhesive or seal seams.

MIXING DEVICE OF AT LEAST TWO COMPOUNDS
20240398456 · 2024-12-05 ·

The present invention relates to a mixing device for at least two compounds, such as a liquid and a powder for obtaining bone cement, as well as a method of mixing at least two compounds using such mixing device.

ADJUSTABLE ADDITIVE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND METHODS

An additive delivery system may incorporate a cartridge system, including a container cap and a reservoir assembly that provides for storage of an additive. The container cap includes a mixing nozzle for mixing of the additive with a base fluid as the base fluid flows from the base fluid container through the cartridge. A one-way valve prevents backflow of base fluid and/or mixed base fluid/additive from an area downstream of the mixing nozzle such that the base fluid supply remains in a pure state.

Dispensers for Dispensing Microcapsules

A dispenser for applying at least two compositions, the dispenser including at least two reservoirs for storing the at least two compositions separately, at least two pumps for pumping the at least two compositions, which pumps have different strokes, an exit orifice, and an actuator assembly. The difference between the first stroke and the second stroke is accommodated through flexure of a flexing member in the actuator assembly. The first composition includes microcapsules and the second composition includes a volatile solvent.

The disclosed beverage container can be used to bottle beverages in filling facilities and subsequently used in any setting where the consumer desires to have a convenient and fun approach to consuming a soft drink, and desires to have that soft drink cooled by ice and strained from the ice before consuming it. The disclosed beverage container can be made up of three pieces, a cap, dome and vessel. The pieces screw together using a double screw mechanism. The dome piece contains a strainer. The consumer can separate the dome from the vessel and add ice to the mixed beverage to cool the beverage prior to consumption, and can strain the ice from the beverage before drinking it directly from the top opening of the dome, after it has been resealed to the vessel. The disclosed beverage container enables an enjoyable consumer experience by providing a unique, convenient, and fun approach to cooling and consuming a beverage. The disclosed beverage container can be filled by beverage bottling facilities in varying sizes and neck formations. Volume of the container and material choice, whether aluminum, glass, plastic, stainless steel, other suitable material, or a combination of materials will determine specific size dimensions of the bottle and neck as required by industry available beverage filling machinery.
