Multiple function dispenser
A dispenser for mixing and dispensing a liquid chemical concentrate with a dilutent from a container. The dispenser includes two slideable eductors one of which is also rotatable. Both a high and low flow rate can be obtained with simultaneous adjustment of concentration of the chemical concentrate. The dispenser has a high degree of accuracy of the amount of dilution of the chemical concentrate as well as positive positioning of the high and low flow rate.
MIXER
A child-friendly mixing apparatus for mixing various food substances is disclosed. The mixing apparatus includes a container with an opening, a lid that fits into the opening, and a mixing assembly. The lid includes a centrally located hole that has shaped sides, and a conductive ring. The mixing assembly includes a housing, a motor within the housing, a mixing attachment that is rotated by the motor, and two electrical connector pins. The mixing attachment fits through the lid hole and the lower end of the mixing assembly rests against the shaped sides of the lid hole. The electrical connector pins are connected electrically by the conductive ring when the mixing assembly is placed in the lid in an operational position, thus engaging the motor.
Plural component spray gun for fast setting materials
A plural component spray gun (1) is designed for spraying quick setting materials such as foams, polyurea and the like. Towards this end, the gun (1) is designed so as to be easily serviceable with a minimum of tools. For example, the side seal cartridges (18) and (20) may be installed and removed without tools by removing the retaining ring (9) and then extracting them from the fluid housing (11). Those cartridges (18) and (20) are easily disassembled and cleaned. Similarly, the fluid housing (11) may be removed from the handle/body (1) by unscrewing the lock ring (7) by hand.
DISPENSER DEVICE AND CONTAINER
One embodiment includes a dispenser device and container for mixing a chemical concentrate and a diluent to produce a diluted mixture. The dispenser device may include a housing, a slide, and an eductor. The container holds the chemical concentrate. The dispenser device communicates with the chemical concentrate and with the diluent.
PORTABLE MIXER AND DISPENSER FOR MULTI-COMPONENT SUBSTANCES
A portable mixer for medication and/or dental impression material includes a gear assembly and an upper lid. The gear assembly comprises a helical gear with a bidirectional bearing, a clutch shell with a unidirectional bearing meshing with the helical gear, a spring positioned between the helical gear and the clutch shell, two pinions respectively positioned beside the clutch shell and the helical gear, and a shifting shaft mounted transversely through each of the two pinions, the helical gear, the bidirectional bearing, the spring, the unidirectional bearing, and the clutch shell. The upper lid comprises a fastener and a switch cover co-acted with the fastener and detachably contacting the helical gear and the clutch shell.
Hand-held solid chemical applicator
Hand-held solid chemical applicator assemblies for various cleaning applications such as coil cleaning utilizing specially-configured chemical tablet chamber and assembly hydraulics. In some cases, the hand-held solid chemical applicator assemblies are configured to include a cylindrical flow diverter to facilitate proper chemical tablet dissolution.
SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND APPARATUSES FOR FOAM AIR MIXING
A nozzle assembly includes a nozzle housing (86) defining an inner chamber (91) and a mixer (90) disposed within the inner chamber. The nozzle housing includes a nozzle housing and a nozzle orifice. The nozzle receive is configured to connect to a sprayer housing and to receive a first material, a second material, and air. The nozzle orifice is configured to spray a plural component material formed by a mixture of the first material and the second material. The mixer includes a shaft (92), an extension (94), an air channel, and inlet orifice formed in a first end of the shaft, and an outlet orifice formed between the air channel and a surface of the shaft. The extension defines a mixing channel extending between the shaft and the inner surface of the housing and the air channel is defined by an inner surface of the shaft and extends partially axially through the shaft.
Mixing and dispensing curable multi-component materials
Methods, apparatus, devices and systems for mixing and dispensing multi-component materials. The mixing and dispensing may be performed using a mobile, enclosed dispenser that can be used to supply a mixed multi-component material at the point of use. In some embodiments, the components to be mixed into the multi-component material may be supplied in cartridges.
