The present invention is a method of mixing various viscous fluids. The mixing device is comprised of a shroud with helical blades inside connected to the central shaft and the shroud in spiral direction. By rotating the device in the fluid or paint, helical blades create a vortex like movement of the fluid and thus create suction of the fluid through the shroud, mixing viscous fluid at a greater rate. Field test showed that the devise is very effective in mixing viscous fluids by braking solids in the paint/fluids and lifting the settlements from the bottom of a container due to the radial and axial movement of the fluid. Device was found very easy to use due to the fact that the kickback of the mixer was minimized. It also showed that the splatter of paint was almost eliminated in the open container.

A surgical system including a surgical tool and a navigation system for tracking the position of the surgical tool. The surgical tool comprising a housing including a variable speed motor and control module disposed within the housing. The navigation system comprising a navigation console in communication with the control module of the surgical tool, the navigation console may be configured to communicate instructions to the control module of the surgical tool based on the position of the surgical tool relative to a defined zone. The navigation console may be configured to deactivate the surgical tool based on the position of the surgical tool relative to the defined zone. The navigation console may also be configured to provide a user-selectable override option to allow continued operation of the surgical tool within the defined zone.

A bucket lid assembly for mixing contents of a closed bucket includes a lid that has flat portion and a channel portion is integrated into the flat portion. The channel portion releasably engages a bucket for closing the bucket. The flat portion is comprised of a translucent material to facilitate contents of the bucket to be visible through the lid. The lid has a mixer opening extending therethrough such that a mixing wand is insertable through the mixer opening. In this way the lid facilitates the contents of the bucket to be mixed while the bucket is closed with the lid.

An apparatus for preventing proliferation of dust during mixing of material, including a semi-dome shaped element configured for placement over a top opening of a mixing container, a fastener extending along a bottom circumference of the semi-dome shaped element, such that the fastener is configured to couple to the top brim of the mixing container, and an opening in the semi-dome shaped element, the opening configured to accept a vacuum hose.

A scrubbing apparatus that is adapted to clean both a mixing paddle and an inner surface of a mixing vessel having an inner diameter and a depth. The scrubbing apparatus has a central structure. Outward facing wipes are attached to the central structure, where distal ends of the outward facing wipes form a perimeter having a diameter that is no less than the inner diameter of the mixing vessel. Inward facing wipes are attached to the central structure, where distal ends of the inward facing wipes are disposed proximate one another.

A concrete vibrator can further reduce vibration. The concrete vibrator includes a motor, a flexible shaft drivable by the motor, an unbalanced weight drivable with the flexible shaft, a flexible hose at least partially covering the unbalanced weight and the flexible shaft, a body housing accommodating the motor, and an elastic member between the body housing and the flexible hose.

A cement mixing tool with a gearbox transmission assembly, an electric drill tool, a pair of mixing blades, a drive shaft housing assembly, a handle assembly and a splash guard. The electric drill tool is attached to the drive shaft housing assembly. The gearbox transmission assembly is attached to the drive shaft housing assembly. The handle assembly is attached to the drive shaft housing assembly. The resulting tool can be used by a person to mix wet cement within a wheelbarrow or other similar open topped container.

A mud mixer includes a tool body, and an electric motor supported by the tool body that is configured to rotate a mixing element about a rotation axis. The mud mixer further includes a first handle fixedly coupled to the tool body and extending from the tool body along a handle axis, a plane angled relative to the rotation axis and defined as an extension of the handle axis, and a second handle rotatably coupled to the tool body about the rotation axis and extending from the tool body in a direction parallel to the plane.

A paint multi-tool assembly includes a shaft that has a hooked end that is insertable into a power tool thereby facilitating the shaft to be rotated when the power tool is turned on. A first cylinder insertably receives the shaft thereby facilitating the first cylinder to be inserted into an open end of a paint roller. Thus, the power tool can rotate the paint roller for cleaning paint off of the paint roller. A plurality of fins is each coupled to and extends away from the first cylinder for stirring paint in the paint container. A second cylinder is coupled to each of the fins such that the second cylinder is spaced from the first cylinder. In this way the second cylinder can be inserted into the paint container or be inserted into the open end of the paint roller.
