CONTROL MODULE FOR SURGICAL TOOL
20180310945 · 2018-11-01 · ·

A powered surgical tool that includes a housing with a head and a handle that extends from the head. An electric motor is disposed in the head. A trigger extends from the handle. There is a void space in the handle. A plate separates the motor from the handle. Internal to the handle void space there is a rotor sensor and a control circuit. The rotor sensor is able to monitor the magnetic fields emitted by the motor rotor and that pass through the plate. The control circuit receives signals from the rotor sensor representative of the rotational orientation of the rotor and is further able to monitor the actuation of the trigger. Based on the rotor orientation signals and the actuation of the trigger, the control circuit generates signals that result in the selective generation of power signals to the motor rotor.

SUPERIOR PAINT AND FLUID STIRRING AND BLENDING DEVICE TO PUSH UP HEAVIER PAINT OR FLUID FROM THE CONTAINER'S BOTTOM TO THE TOP
20180280903 · 2018-10-04 ·

The purpose of stirring a can of paint or fluids before their use is to lift to the surface heavier paint matter that fall out of the solution and tend to settle to the bottom of the container. Manual paint mixing, blending and stirring paddles are flat and not mechanically designed to lift or push to the top of the container all the heavier paint/fluid matter settled to the bottom of the container. This invention is a device designed to lift or push up the heavier paint/fluid matter from the bottom to the surface while using a stirring or to-and-fro reciprocal motion. This manual device could be motorized to turn it at appropriate speeds in larger paint or fluid containers. One embodiment of this device can be attached or clipped to the foot of the common flat paint-stirring or blending paddle to transform it into a more effective paint mixing and blending tool.

MUD MIXER
20180272298 · 2018-09-27 ·

A mud mixer comprises a housing defining a battery mounting portion, an electric motor supported by the housing, a mixing element that selectively receives torque from the motor, causing the mixing element to rotate about a rotation axis, and a battery pack removably coupled to the battery mounting portion for providing power to the electric motor when coupled to the battery mounting portion. When the battery pack is coupled to the battery mounting portion, the rotation axis intersects the battery pack.

Aerosol can mixing device

An aerosol can mixer system includes an aerosol mixer device with a stem perpendicularly connected to a base, a housing integrally connected to the base on a side opposite the connection of the stem and at least one magnet connected to either the base or the housing. The at least one magnet is configured to releasably secure an aerosol can within the device. The stem is mounted to the base and is configured to be received by a handheld electrical device to permit rotating and mixing contents of the aerosol can.

Connector devices (3) for mixing and stirring viscous liquids
20180229195 · 2018-08-16 ·

Connector devices (3) for mixing and stirring viscous liquids is disclosed. The connectors are an injection molded plastic and are recyclable. The first device is a one piece mixing connector combining a hexaxial shaft for power drill attachment by insertion into the adjustable drill chuck and a cavity insertable slotted bracket located at the opposite end of a shaft for insertion of a mixing stick. The assembled parts are then lowered into a container and the drill activated by the trigger turning the assembly and stirring the liquid. The second device is a one piece plastic, recyclable, rectangle ring that is put on the stick before mixing and slowly removed in the opposite direction of installation thus using the squeegee effect to push the unused material back into the container for future use. The third device is an extension where the end of the first stick is inserted in the cavity insertable slot and a second stick is inserted in opposite end's cavity insertable slot to double the length for mixing in larger, deeper containers.

GRINDING SAMPLES USING ROTATIONAL AND LINEAR MOTION
20240344940 · 2024-10-17 ·

The disclosure is directed to a sample preparation apparatus for grinding or homogenizing test samples. More specifically, the disclosure relates to grinding samples using rotational and linear motion. Grinding samples can be accomplished with an apparatus with a slider-crank mechanism that is attached to an oscillating connecting linkage. The amplitude of oscillatory motion can be greater than or equal to a length of a sample processing chamber.

Disclosed are drill assembly attachments having a handle, a drill mount, and a throttle. The throttle is positioned with respect to the drill mount and the handle such that a first portion may be actuated by a user with a hand that is grasping the handle. The drill assembly attachment receives a power drill assembly such that the throttle adjustably engages a trigger of the drill assembly. The drill assembly attachment receives a rotatable device, such as an auger or other tool. Also disclosed is a method of using a power drill assembly and the drill assembly attachment.
