Distribution and leveling system for an agricultural product storage compartment
A distribution and leveling system for a particulate material storage compartment includes an auger configured to be disposed within the particulate material storage compartment. The auger is configured to move particulate material across the particulate material storage compartment via rotation of the auger about a first rotational axis. The distribution and leveling system also includes an agitator positioned below the auger. The agitator is configured to agitate the particulate material via rotation of the agitator about a second rotational axis. In addition, the first rotational axis is substantially parallel to the second rotational axis, rotation of the auger and rotation of the agitator are independently controllable, and the first rotational axis and the second rotational axis are substantially aligned with one another along a longitudinal axis of the particulate material storage compartment.
REMOTE CONTROL BULK MATERIAL MONITORING AND DELIVERY SYSTEM
The disclosure provides a system comprising one or more supply tanks; a central cement mixing unit; a support unit comprising a compressor and a power supply; a first valve disposed upstream of each of the one or more supply tanks; a second valve disposed downstream of each of the one or more supply tanks; a controller disposed at the central cement mixing unit; and a secondary controller disposed at each of the one or more supply tanks; wherein the one or more supply tanks are coupled to the central cement mixing unit, wherein the compressor is coupled to each of the one or more supply tanks, wherein the power supply is coupled to the compressor and to each of the one or more supply tanks, wherein the controller is communicatively coupled to each of the secondary controllers and to the support unit.
PLUNGER MIXER DEVICE
Disclosed is a plunger mixer device (307B, 309B, 311B, and 313B) deployable within a hollow shaft injection drill bit system (305B). The plunger mixer device (307B, 309B, 311B, and 313B) includes a motor (313B), a piston (507D), and a plunger motor assembly (403C, 405C, 407C, 409C, 411C, 413C, and 415C). The motor (313B) is connected to a feeder auger tip. The piston (507D) is configured to be driven by the motor (313B). The piston (507D) is connected to a feeder auger (103C, 105A, 109B, and 205A). The plunger motor assembly (403C, 405C, 407C, 409C, 411C, 413C, and 415C) includes a stacked series of panels (503D, 505D, and 507D), and a plurality of motor shafts (311D). The stacked series of panels (503D, 505D, and 507D) has a plurality of ribbed panels (307D) with a rib locking feature. One of the stacked series of the panel (507C) is actuated by the motor (313B). The ribbed panels (303C) lock between each other when the ribbed panels (305D, 307B, 307D, and 309B) are spun into a fully formed deployment. The ribbed panels (303C, 305C, and 307C), upon deployment, serve to mix wet and dry materials by subsurface hollow shaft drilling augers (103A) ascending in communication with a feeder auger ascent and the subsequent descent.

A beverage apparatus, the beverage apparatus being hand-holdable by a user of the beverage apparatus to be portable, can include a beverage chamber housing that includes a chamber for storing a consumable liquid. The beverage apparatus can include a dispensing assembly that includes a receptacle. The receptacle can retain a vessel. The vessel can include an electronic tag and can contain an additive. The dispensing assembly can be operatively controllable by a controller to output the additive from the vessel into the consumable liquid. The beverage apparatus can include one or more sensors, devices, or assemblies that can be used to detect a volume of liquid in the chamber or a liquid level in the chamber. The beverage apparatus can include an apparatus processing portion (ACP) and an apparatus database portion. The beverage apparatus of the disclosure can include various additional features.
Drive and sensing system for agricultural agitator
A particulate material sensing and agitation control system of an agricultural system includes an agitator configured to induce movement of particulate material through the agricultural system, a drive system coupled to the agitator, and a sensing system configured to determine a current flowing through the drive system. The drive system is configured to move the agitator, and the drive system is powered via an electrical circuit. The sensing system includes a first input coupled to a first point on the electrical circuit, the sensing system includes a second input coupled to a second point on the electrical circuit, the sensing system is configured to determine a voltage differential between the first point and the second point, and the sensing system is configured to determine current flowing through the electrical circuit based on the voltage differential.

An apparatus for preparing a medical solution by adding substances present in solid molded bodies to a solvent comprises a mixing container, which can be filled through an inlet with a solvent and from which the solution can be supplied to an application via an outlet, and which also has a feed port, through which the solid molded body can be introduced into the mixing container, as well as a dosing apparatus for controllable selective addition of solid molded bodies or parts thereof with different ingredients and/or different concentrations of ingredients from one or more storage containers, in which one or more corresponding receptacles of the apparatus are stored and in which the solid molded bodies are stored in such a way that they can be removed. The apparatus may also have a code detection device for detecting and analyzing a machine-readable code associated with a storage container, said code containing information about which ingredients are contained in the solid molded bodies stored in the respective storage container.

A polymer dispersion system for use in a hydraulic fracturing operation is disclosed. The system comprises: (a) a first sub-system comprising an ingress and an egress; (b) a second sub-system comprising an ingress and an egress; (c) an eductor mixing device comprising a first inlet in fluid communication with the egress of the first sub-system, a second inlet in fluid communication with the egress of the second subsystem, and an egress; (d) a tank assembly comprising an ingress and an egress, the ingress of the tank assembly being in fluid communication with the egress of the eductor mixing device; and (e) a transfer sub-system comprising an ingress that is coupled to the egress of the tank assembly. The transfer sub-system comprises a first transfer pump and a second transfer pump. In addition, method for operating the polymer dispersion system is disclosed.
PORTABLE SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING CONTROLLED QUANTITIES OF ADDITIVES INTO A BEVERAGE
A portable, self-contained beverage apparatus includes a container assembly having a known storage capacity for storing a consumable liquid, and a dispensing assembly disposed within the container assembly that dispenses variable, non-zero quantities of additives into the consumable liquid. The dispensing assembly includes multiple apertures structured and arranged to retain vessels containing the additives to be dispensed into the consumable liquid. The beverage apparatus also includes a level sensor disposed within the container assembly that determines a consumable liquid level of the consumable liquid stored in the container assembly. In certain embodiments, one or more positive displacement pumping mechanisms are configured to pump additive liquid from additive containers into a beverage chamber.

A system for making a brine solution is provided comprising: a single conveyor; and a hopper assembly configured to receive a salt and a solvent, the hopper assembly comprising a lower hopper having a shape in which sides of the lower hopper direct any solid contents of the lower hopper, under a force of gravity, towards an entry point of the single conveyor, the hopper assembly further comprising a solvent inlet arranged to spray the salt, wherein the solvent inlet is configured to create a brine solution from a spray of the solvent combined with the salt in the hopper assembly, and wherein the single conveyor is configured to remove debris from the hopper assembly at the entry point of the single conveyor. A novel sediment tank is also provided.
REAL TIME BLENDING SYSTEM VIA A SINGLE PUMP
Systems and methods for blending fluids are provided. A blended fluid may be obtained by mixing a first fluid from a first fluid source with a second fluid from a second fluid source. The blended fluid may be pumped by a pump arranged downstream of a point at which the first and second fluids are mixed, wherein no other pumps are upstream of the pump. First and second flow control valves that control the flow rate of the first and second fluids, respectively, are adjusted so as to reach a target flow rate of the blended fluid, the blended fluid having a target blend of the first fluid and the second fluid.
