Food processing machine adaptive to food load

A food processing machine includes a head extending over a bowl receiving location, the head including an output shaft driven in a planetary manner. At least a first food processing tool and a second food processing tool can be changed in and out of the machine to be driven by the output shaft. A controller and associated tool detection system is configured to identify whether the first food processing tool or the second food processing tool is mounted on the machine and to select a stored load profile that is linked to the identified food processing tool.

Acid mixing system

A system for mixing a liquid with a powder into a solution batch includes a hopper (20) into which said powder is deposited, the hopper (20) having a powder outlet (22) therein. A mix tank (60) is also provided having a liquid supply inlet (62), a recirculation inlet (64), and a solution outlet (66). A mix pump (40) that is in fluid communication with the solution outlet (66), the powder outlet (22), and the recirculation inlet (64) operates to mix and transfer the solution.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MIXING AND BUBBLE REMOVAL

A magnetic mixing device designed to mix fluid in a reaction chamber and remove air bubbles if present. The device comprises a holder with embedded magnets, which causes movement of a stir bar within the reaction chamber. The holder may be moved by an electric linear actuator configured to generate linear motion or an electric motor configured to generate a circular motion. When orientated so the stir bar moves vertically within the reaction chamber, the stir bar disrupts any air bubbles trapped within or below the fluid.

A device for pouring a liquid coming from a container provided with a neck includes a housing provided with a system for securing to the container; a tube that is able to inserted into the neck, this tube defining a pouring duct; a pump including: a compressor provided with at least one air inlet, with an air outlet and with a mobile assembly that is able to bring the air inlet and the air outlet into fluidic communication, and an electric motor coupled to the mobile assembly; an injector which is connected to the air outlet of the compressor by way of an upstream end and opens into the centre of the pouring duct by way of a downstream end.

CONCENTRATE AND DILUTION CARTRIDGE AND SYSTEMS

Cartridges and systems for delivering solutions to textiles. In various aspects, the cartridge may include (i) a concentrate chamber that stores a concentrate solution and comprising an outlet, (ii) a dilution chamber comprising an inlet for receiving the concentrate solution from the concentrate chamber, and outlet for dispensing a diluted solution, and (iii) a mechanical portion comprising one or more pumps for delivering the concentrate solution to the dilution chamber and for dispensing the diluted solution. Delivery systems using the cartridge are described.

Automatic mixing machine

An automatic mixing machine includes a vessel, a shell, a motor, a mixing unit, a detection and feedback unit, a computing control unit and a drive unit. The shell is connected with the vessel to form a closed space. The motor is arranged in the shell. The first end of the mixing unit is connected with the motor, and the second end of the mixing unit extends into the closed space. The detection and feedback unit is electrically connected with the motor and collects at least one electric parameter of the motor. The computing control unit is electrically connected with the detection and feedback unit and generates a control signal according to the electric parameters and the mixing parameters. The drive unit is electrically connected with the computing control unit and the motor respectively, and outputs a drive signal to drive the motor according to the control signal.

Optimized menu planning

A method for planning preparation of a plurality of dishes according to a plurality of corresponding recipes includes automatically identifying, by a processor, a plurality of candidate sub-recipes, wherein each candidate sub-recipe in the plurality of candidate sub-recipes comprises an intermediate component that is required by at least two of the plurality of corresponding recipes, and automatically selecting, by the processor, at least one candidate sub-recipe in the plurality of candidate sub-recipes for preparation, in accordance with at least one constraint on the preparation of the plurality of dishes.
