Dispersion tool, dispersion device and dispersion assembly
The invention relates to a dispersion tool (4) that can be cleaned more easily. For this purpose, the dispersion rotor (8) is arranged on the dispersion tool (4) axially moveable between the working position in the shaft tube (5) and the cleaning position outside the shaft tube (5), the dispersion rotor (8), in the cleaning position, being preferably completely arranged outside the shaft tube (5) and therefore being more easily cleanable.
Automated solution dispenser
Provided herein are methods and systems of the invention that include the use of an automated solution dispenser to form a solution according to at least one target characteristic. A controller may be operatively connected to the automated solution dispenser, wherein the controller is programmed to direct mixing of one or more solids and one or more liquids to produce the solution. At least a portion of the solution can be dispensed into one or more containers.

Auxiliary unit for surgical tool
A powered surgical tool that includes a housing with a head and a handle that extends from the head. An electric motor is disposed in the head. A trigger extends from the handle. There is a void space in the handle. A plate separates the motor from the handle. Internal to the handle void space there is a rotor sensor and a control circuit. The rotor sensor is able to monitor the magnetic fields emitted by the motor rotor and that pass through the plate. The control circuit receives signals from the rotor sensor representative of the rotational orientation of the rotor and is further able to monitor the actuation of the trigger. Based on the rotor orientation signals and the actuation of the trigger, the control circuit generates signals that result in the selective generation of power signals to the motor rotor.
Producing Solutions from Concentrates
The present disclosure provides systems and methods for locally producing a solution using a concentrate. In a localized solution production unit, a solution is identified in association with the concentrate. A mixing profile is selected from among a plurality of mixing profiles based on the solution identified. A base fluid is dispensed into a mixing container docked in a container dock. The mixing container includes a mixing impeller rotatably coupled to the mixing container via an impeller shaft extending from a base of the mixing container. A controller actuates an actuator in the container dock to cause an impeller to in the mixing container to rotate. The concentrate is dispensed into the mixing container and mixed with the base fluid via the impeller based on the selected mixing profile.
SIMULATION APPARATUS AND SIMULATION METHOD OF MIXER FOR SECONDARY BATTERY PRODUCTION
A simulation apparatus and a simulation method of mixer for secondary battery production are provided. The simulation apparatus includes a memory configured to store at least one instruction; and at least one processor configured to execute the at least one instruction stored in the memory. The at least one instruction includes instructions for: executing an apparatus operating unit including a mixer model apparatus related to secondary battery production; executing a facility operating unit including a plurality of adjustment parameters for determining operation of the mixer model apparatus and quality information related to a quality of a material produced by the mixer model apparatus; obtaining at least one of first user condition information or first user action information input through at least one of the facility operating unit or the mixer model apparatus; determining an operation of the mixer model apparatus based on at least one of the obtained first user condition information or first user action information; and executing an operation of measuring, mixing, and transferring a plurality of raw materials related to the mixer model apparatus based on the determined operation.
Blending station apparatus and method for using the same
A system for recalculating a formula previously used in preparing a mixture made from adding at least two components. The system includes a control system and salon management software. The control system has a processor, a computer-readable memory, and a display. The memory contains software configured to receive a formula defining instructions for blending a hair dye mixture using one or more blending materials and amounts recommended for the hair dye mixture. The salon management software is stored in the computer-readable memory and executed by the control system. The salon management software is in communication with the control system to exchange information on customers and formulas of hair dye mixtures associated with the customers.
Precision powder coating batch system
A multi-tiered precision powder coating batch system configured to enable simultaneous preparation of a first and second batch of powder coatings. The multi-tiered precision powder coating batch system including a plurality of storage bins configured to store a corresponding plurality of raw materials for preparation of batches of powder coatings, each of the storage bins including an automated dispenser configured to dispense a desired quantity of raw material within the storage bins into a corresponding first raw material container located on a first tier, and a second raw material container located on a second tier, and a robotic arm configured to sequence a transfer of the raw material contents of the first tier raw material containers into a first tier mixing container for preparation of a first batch of a powder coating, and to sequence a transfer of the raw material contents of the second tier raw material containers into a second tier mixing container for a simultaneous preparation of a second batch of a powder coating.
Personal cosmetic dispenser
A custom cosmetic dispensing device includes a communication enabled automated dispenser for dispensing a user-specified cosmetic product. The dispenser has a housing with a plurality of liquid-ingredient cartridges removably coupled to a motor, each cartridge used to dispense a processor memory specified volume of liquid-ingredients. The dispenser interfaces with a software application that accepts, stores and interprets user inputs, assists users in custom formulation, and relays said inputs to the device controller unit for production of a customized cosmetic formula. A collection container may be used for immediate, stored or transported final compositions.
