MIXING SYSTEM AND MIXING METHOD
A mixing system and a mixing method are provided. The mixing system includes a main pump and at least one mixing apparatus. Each mixing apparatus includes a main pipeline, a premixing device and a shearing-mixing device. The main pipeline has a liquid inlet end communicated with the main pump and is configured to convey main liquid, and the main pipeline includes a first liquid outlet end and a second liquid outlet end. The premixing device has an input end communicated with the first liquid outlet end and is configured to premix the main liquid with powder to obtain premixed liquid. The shearing-mixing device is communicated with an output end of the premixing device to obtain the premixed liquid, and is provided with a first shearing-mixing liquid inlet communicated with the second liquid outlet end to obtain the main liquid, so that mixed liquid is obtained.

Gas mixing system
Provided herein are gas mixing systems, comprising a gas inlet for receiving two or more gases and a mixing chamber with a static mixer for mixing the gases. Preferred mixing chambers further comprise a reduced pressure compartment downstream of the static mixer that is in fluid communication with the gas inlet. A gas outlet is in fluid communication with the mixing chamber, and one or more sensors are coupled to the reduced pressure compartment and are configured to continuously sense various parameters such as barometric pressure and the percentage of oxygen in the gas mixture moving through the mixing device. Most typically, the readings of the sensor are pre-compensated for temperature, pressure, and humidity. Also provided herein are methods for using the same.
System and method for growing algae
An algae cultivation system may include: a plurality of panels within a cultivation container, positioned along a first axis perpendicular to the gravitational force, wherein a cultivation volume is created between each pair of panels, and wherein the cultivation volumes are fluidly coupled so as to allow horizontal flow therebetween along the first axis; at least one first sparger, to distribute a first fluid into the container at a first operating flow rate; at least one second sparger, to distribute a second fluid into the container at a second operating flow rate; and at least one controller, to control the first operating flow rate and the second operating flow rate. The first operating flow rate may be adapted to allow turbulent mixing the algae in the cultivation container, and the second operating flow rate may be adapted to allow assimilation of materials in a liquid in the cultivation container.

Proposed are an automated microreactor for effective optimization of a high-speed chemical reaction, and a method of optimizing a high-speed chemical reaction using the same. The automated microreactor includes a raw material supply unit including a plurality of flow rate controllers that supply a plurality of raw materials and control flow rates of the plurality of raw materials, an intermediate reaction unit including a plurality of micromixers for intermediate that generate a first mixture and a plurality of tubular reactors for intermediate that generate an intermediate product, an intermediate reaction control unit including a valve member, and a product reaction unit including a product micromixer that produces a second mixture and producing a product, through which optimal synthesis conditions (optimal temperature, flow rate, reaction volume and organolithium reagent type) can be achieved to obtain the highest yield in a short time.

A dispersion device includes a stirring and mixing unit that mixes a powder with a liquid, a powder feed unit that feeds the powder to the stirring and mixing unit, and a dry gas generation unit that supplies a dry gas to the powder feed unit. The powder feed unit is sealable.
Bubble sterilizing cleaner
Provided is a bubble sterilizing cleaner capable of automatically sterilizing and objects to be cleaned to be cleaned, such as fruits and vegetables. The bubble sterilizing cleaner includes a bubble supply unit for spraying microbubbles into a cleaning tank and an aeration unit for discharging water or air to the cleaning tank to improve sterilizing and cleaning efficiency and reduce cleaning time, and includes a fluid supply means connected with a water inlet of the cleaning tank and the aeration unit to supply a fluid so that the water supply rate is adjustable in accordance with a condition of an installation location thereof.

This application relates to a method of treating wastewater wherein an oxygen infusion system is used to supersaturate wastewater before aerobic biological processes, wherein oxygen is transferred to the wastewater free of oxygen bubbles and achieves a reduction in power demand for the aeration process of wastewater.

A safety device for a single-use mixing or storage system (10), especially for use in a biopharmaceutical process, includes a flexible bag (12) made from a film material and a support structure (14) receiving and supporting the bag (12) in several directions. The support structure (14) allows an expansion of the bag (12) in an expansion direction. The safety device further includes a detection unit (20) adapted to detect an expansion of the bag (12) in the expansion direction, and a control unit (28) connected to the detection unit (20) and adapted to initiate a safety measure in response to the expansion of the bag (12) in the expansion direction exceeds a given threshold.
Chemical injection unit for drilling operations
A chemical injection unit consisting of one or more injection loops that uses a Venturi injector and motorized valve with a control system to isolate chemicals from water until operating conditions are suitable to carry the chemical and water mixture down the main flow pipe. The invention adjusts chemical injection rate to maintain desirable operational properties, including chemical injection rate, chemical concentration, or fluid viscosity. Accurate and real-time injection of chemicals is beneficial for safety as well as economics of the drilling operation in terms of reduced drilling time, efficient use of chemicals, and minimal variation in processing conditions.
